I have been to express several times but will never use them again after today. I went in with vertigo and my world spinning and the girl at the front desk said she would send a code to my phone. I explained to her I could not fill it out due to vertigo and since I have had this problem in the past the person at desk did it and let me sign a paper copy. She said no I had to do it. She was rude and uncaring. I love the doctors and the rest of the staff, they have always been good to me, but she was just awful and I will not go back. My daughter had to type this for me as I am sick, but I was so upset I want to make sure it got done. I have every intention of contacing the company who owns them also.

Fast, courteous, answered all my questions over the phone, with empathy and understanding, which is very important to me considering I'm a RMA. No unnecessary questioning or wasting of my time. Everyone was great and I greatly appreciate that. Front desk guy you rock, all triage in back office y'all are on point, and the APRN thank you for understanding my situation and helping me. Y'all made me cry, because being in this field today is a true rarity to come across a full clinic staff that rock like y'all did. THANK YOU!!!!

Cant leave a quality of care review because I was never seen. I arrived at 2pm, by 4pm the same people that were there when I showed up still hadn't been seen. So I asked and was told there are 10 people in front of me......really, I already know this because, like I wrote, the same people are there and have NOT been seen in 2 hours. So I asked...was told about the 10 people in front of me. So you do the math...19 people in front of me, been waiting 2 hours, it's now 4pm, they close at 8pm. So based on the math...I would have sat there for 6 hours and not been seen. And...just to make things worse no one ever bothered to let anyone know why the wait, and when I did ask, the condescending attitude of the desk personnel made matters just that more unbelievable. I would strongly suggest you go elsewhere for your medical treatment.

Will never use again.

I said down I checked in everything was going really good I was there to do a drug test they assist me but the lady that there doing the drug test it’s rude it’s very monotonous and she frankly didn’t care about me I was just a number I literally said hi how are you and she flat out ignore me especially during Covid times I think people need to be more empathetic and sympathetic about others especially in a Med care So now I will not be recommending people there

Wait time was a little long to me but it’s my first time to a clinic so not sure how long it usually takes. Staff is beyond amazing though, thank you!!!
