I’ve been having real bad headaches and spasms running down my neck . They didn’t do an X-ray just ruled out something and gave me some pills to take I feel like I should’ve had an x-ray done on my neck because I do have a knot on my neck. And the doctor forgot to call my prescription in to the pharmacy after he told me that he did. This Is unprofessional. UGHHH

The doc was awesome. She listened to what was going on with me and provided the needed meds. Nor sure if the front desk systems have changed but it was a long time between turning in my paperwork and being called back. It was about 40 minutes. I came in really feeling badly and maybe it was just a system issue. Thank you.
