Easy and a lot of time available. Nurse and nurse practitioner bed side wasn’t good this time. Never really had a bad experience until today. Just acted like they wanted out as fast as possible. Other practitioners I have seen were great just not today.

I'm always pleased with the quality of service & care. I've been there several times as well as my kiddos. Staff was great !!!

Was working to well from multiple symptoms of unknown illness. I was impressed by the attentiveness I received from the receptionist to the first point of service to the doctor/nurse practitioner who provided competent efficient care. I recommend this facility to anyone seeking urgent care.

Overall, my visit was a very pleasant one. I simply don’t like filling in forms online. But the staff was excellent!

Went in for an STD screening and the nurse and doctor made me feel so uncomfortable. All I told the nurse was that I wanted to get the labs done, nothing else. She leaves and the doctor comes in and the first things she said is “i understand you think you may have been in contact with someone who’s infected”. I’m like I never said that. I just wanted to get tested. That was very rude. There was no need to assume that or ever put words in my mouth. Why I wanted to get tested is irrelevant especially if I didn’t say it on my own.

Very easy to get an appointment. Staff was very friendly and efficient. MD was great. Thanks for being there!

While visiting from out of town my 5 year old started running a high fever and had a sore throat. Urgent care for kids in McKinney was amazing! They were so patient and kind, we were seen quickly. It was honestly one of the best experiences I've ever had taking any of my children to the doctor.

They were amazing … especially the doctor…everything was great… provider bedside manner was abundantly amazing

This place is awesome. Husband had apparently been suffering with UTI for days. Rockwall Rapid Care had appt available same morning I reached out to them after giving up on response from his urologist. Dr. Fieldsmith prescribed antibiotic shot for immediate relief & called in prescription. The tech who greeted us & gave shot was amazing as well.

Research indicates that women of color are always the recipient of sub par healthcare. So when I walk in here in pain, my expectations are already low but telling me that you don’t prescribe narcotics before me even checking in is a new low. Please educate your staff.   I’m not here to drug seek.  I’m here to get rid of the pain I have had for a week. This is why we don’t want to come in with an injury.  And why wasn’t the white man with back pain being advised only the same thing?   I won’t be back.  I don’t need to be judged.

I needed to get a Covid Antigen test to return to work. Alexis & Norma were caring and quick. I will definitely come back in the future for other testing.

My kids prefer coming to Urgent care for Kids Mansfield. Dealing with the staff there is like dealing with trusted family. Thanks for being there!
