The scheduling was easy and I was seen in a timely manner, taken care of quickly and put the door with a resolution fast! Today I am so much better for having gone on in!

Urgent care is supposed to be urgent. I waited two hours to be seen and then ANOTHER HOUR in the room waiting for the provider. I will never come back nor recommend this place.

Scheduled an early appointment for 9:20 in morning. Checked in on line with all details.  Came at 9:05 and reconfirmed insurance cards at desk.   However I then waited almost another hour before being called back. Waited another hour before being called back for chest X-ray.   Heard conversations that other patrons were complaining about excessive wait times.   Staff were friendly and competent but the wait time was not addressed or explained.  Total time there close to 3 hours.  A woman walked in with bee sting (allergic) and she had sat in a chair for 30 minutes when I was called back.   Either need more staff, or need to triage better, but why then should I make an appointment?

As someone who works urgent care and healthcare this place has a lot of work. The wait times could be reduced and staff should have better bedside manner. Coming in only to speak for 2 minutes and then leave and not come back for over an hour is sad. Please work on this.

I started having flu like symptoms and just wanted to go in to double check what it was. At the end of the day they couldn’t figure it out but they thought it was the flu. It just didn’t register on the test. Whatever wizardry and magic they gave me I feel 90% better and hopefully the weeklong drugs they also gave me will make sure that I’m 100%. My downside is the wait time. I waited about two hours but again because I got in without an appointment and got almost better,  I’m willing to dismiss this because the most important thing is I got healthier. I used you before at the same location and I went back because , it was pure bliss down there almost like I was sitting at a beach chair in the Caribbean or the gulf of America and I was drinking a mai tai. Kudos to you and Baylor Scott and White. It’s a great clinic overall and I would definitely go back because you also help veterans like my self .

Was having back pain, scheduled the night before, got there was seen right away! Very professional!!! Totally reccomend!!!

Took my son in for an urgent care 3:20PM appointment. Weren’t seen until well after 4PM even though we got a text saying they were ready for him at 3:45PM. The nurse had an attitude when I asked her questions. Especially when I asked her about only cleaning one of his two infected wounds. She said she didn’t clean the second one because it wasn’t oozing like the first one. However when she pressed it to prove her point, it oozed and her response was “oh! Okay, let me clean it.” She should have done her due diligence and checked and cleaned them both, regardless. She also got an attitude when she told us we could leave without sharing any information about what it was assumed to be wrong and I asked. Her response was, it’s on the paper. She then took the paper she handed me and turned to the page where it was assumed that it was an abscess (two of them, that were gravely infected). I shouldn’t have had to ask what was wrong.

The staff at this urgent care center is so attentive, they’re very efficient and overall the clinic is a great place to go…… If needed! I highly recommend this next care clinic!

My mother experienced a fall & needed an xray. I called and asked if I needed to schedule an appointment. I was told no, just come in - it wasn't busy. When we arrived, there was no on in the lobby, but we had about a 15 minute wait. Once we were called back, we were told the front desk person was also the person who would do the xray & she'll have to work us in. We left without getting an xray.

Dr. Verma was really good. She was able to understand the situation and recommended right advice. Glad that we came here.
