Had severe ear pain all night with yellow and blood tinged drainage.  Provider stated I did not have an ear infection and there was no drainage Thankfully was able to get appt with my ent.  She said I had a raging ear infection and suctioned a lot of pus from my  ear.   Put on antibiotics and steroids.  I deserve a 100% refund

The staff was terrific.  Front desk could not have been better.  I was a walk-in and since I didn’t understand the check in procedure, the woman asked for my phone and did it for me.  Greatest Customer service.  I would highly recommend this facility.   All personnel were the BEST.

I have had a bad cough, sinus congestion for a couple of weeks and finally decided to go to have it checked out. Since it was Labor Day, I needed an Urgent Care that might be open, and luckily I found my local Doctors Care not only open but appointments available. I was met by a lovely lady right away that took my information and almost immediately I was able to see the Dr. She was very thorough, nice and efficient. Yes I would recommend this provider. This was my first visit and will return if necessary.

My family and I have received treatment from Doctor’s Urgent Care a number of times and the treatment has always been to notch.  The staff are are very qualified and the facility is immaculate.

Having some issues with my ears (clogged up like swimmers’s ear).  PCP had a two week wait for an appointment.  Booked an appointment on-line for later that day(a Sunday).  Completed my registration on-line and got right in to see the care providers.  They were friendly, competent and thorough.  Got my ears fixed up with an inner ear cleaning.  For me, a great experience that provided immediate symptom relief.  Much thanks- a 10 out of 10 experience.

This was my best experience with an urgent care facility.
