Worst experience, I called ahead of time to two separate clinics INCLUDING THIS ONE. I took off work to bring my child for a walk in time during their “walk in hours” of 3-9. Apparently they do not allow walk ins at all unless you have a reservation… which their online data base does not allow. I’m so beyond frustrated to not only take time off work and leave early, drive to my child’s school pick said child up drive 45 min to a clinic where they are not allowing me to be seen. I have never had a problem with this clinic prior but this is beyond acceptable.
