Just 4 Kids, Denton

Very quick to book and get in at a slotted time in the weekend for my child’s sore ear. Simple process and not much waiting to get treatment going.  We have used Just 4 Kids many times and always had good results.

Nurse got us in, took vitals, and said doc would be with us in a little. Nurse came back in about 15 minutes with discharge paperwork and the doc never came in. Had to tell her this and heard the doc in the background say sorry. Doc came and and said same diagnosis as on discharge paperwork that was given before seeing us. Was not in the room with us for more than 3 minutes and did not ask if we had any questions.

Doctors and nurses extremely friendly and great with my kids.

Our 18 month old had sudden elbow pain and we suspected nursemaids elbow. We were able to get in same morning, and the provider was able to get his elbow feeling better within minutes after a speedy manipulation! Everyone was so kind, and the wait was minimal. I would absolutely recommend this urgent care!

It's very easy to schedule an appointment and view available times. The front desk staff and providers are amazing. They will listen to all of your concerns and will provide instructions on what to do in the event that an illness is found. I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone. You will be in and out in no time!

my grandson had something stuck in his ear and she was very patient. He was very scared. She finally talked him into being brave and it took five seconds to remove it. I am so happy and so thrilled.

It took 2hours to be seen (while I was in the lobby) and other people that came after me was being treated 1st when I made a online appointment and the receptionist had to come up to me after 1hour and 30mins of waiting, to ask me what my daughter name and date of birth was again, when I 1st got there they was asking me if I wanted to wait in my car because I was 20mins early but if I would’ve did that then my daughter definitely wouldn’t have been seen because they had to ask me a hour and 30mins later who she was and her date of birth.

The office hours are great for parents needing urgent care without necessarily needing to go to the hospital. They were fast, kind, and professional. We continue to return here for pediatric urgent care.
