in the past i swore i would never come back to this urgent care because of the front office staff. but now, this urgent care has a great set of staff in it’s entirety. they were so amazing. they all worked together like a well oiled machine. the communication was stellar and the follow through was on point. the nurses will always be top tier here! *chefs kiss*

I had a needle Stick injury, I called them over the phone and they said yes you can come...Everything was great.. Teeba the front desk was really friendly and super nice.. There is another lady who came to discuss the process with me she was nice too... I WOULD recommend that place for everyone

I felt rushed by the doctor, she seems like she was in a hurry and barley listen to my issues on how I was feeling. I walked out feeling like I hated I went there. I didn't want to write this review, but this is how I felt. She very well can be a very good Dr, just not to me on that day.

Staff made me feel very dismissed with my concerns and how I was feeling and wrote off the weeks of illness I have been doing with. Bed side manner  needs a little work.

I have brought my daughters to this clinic several times and have been 100% satisfied up until yesterday's visit with a different/new PA. She was very unfriendly and hardly seemed compassionate in the least bit.

I’ve been here a few times. Never a wait, always helpful staff and I don’t have to argue for a script by being told it’s just a virus when it’s clearly not. Thanks for a great experience each time. I really REALLY appreciate it!

I've been dealing with some pain in my right calf for quite some time so I decided to schedule an appointment to see what they would have to say. I was in and out within an hour and the doctor on duty provide me with a good explanation what I was dealing with. Was glad I had this.

Very disappointed to hear the NP say  Hi I’m Dr. then say Nurse practitioner. She was very well with my son. I had to later call back because the medication was sent in electronically but did not get to the pharmacy. I was told it would take an hour to get sent electronically. I was connected to whom I thought was the medical assistant but she introduced herself as the nurse or the medical assistant. I work in the medical field and these Dr. and nurses work very hard for their title and license. So to be a nurse practitioner or medical assistant and to say you are the Dr. or the nurse is VERY ethically wrong.

Took a very long time got my daughter to be seen close to an hour? That’s my only complaint.

I always have a great experience here. I scheduled an appointment this time instead of coming in as a walk-in. I was in and out pretty quickly

I was super impressed! Their paperwork was quick and easy. The chairs were wide enough to fit in comfortably. Staff was very friendly. Treatment was prompt and already feel a lot better. I was in and out in record time! Did I tell you how silos the paperwork was to complete on your phone? Not 4-8 pages of repetitive signatures!! Awesome all around!!! I made an appointment online and it was a busy Wednesday but the Doctor was patient and very attentive to us. I appreciate the staff for their professionalism. We will definitely return.

I thought I just had a sprain but evidently I fractured my foot. It was easy to make an appointment. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They took an X-ray and explained the results, then gave me a boot. I was in and out in less than an hour. I was very pleased with the experience.

Was not pleased with the small prescription dosage that doctor gave me still have pain. I will not return to this facility again
