La atención del enfermero fue valiosa para mí .. ya q de manera muy rápida pudo diagnósticar lo que me sucedía..me hizo el examen que necesitaba en el momento y me colocó el antibiótico para aliviar el malestar ..dándome la orden de las medicinas a retirar en la farmacia..gracias por la atención.. volvería nuevamente si lo necesitara..a pesar de no hablar el español hizo todo lo posible para poder entendernos eso habla muy bien de ellos.. lo recomiendo

Clean, professional, courteous, efficient and convenient.

During the check-in I was told to do so electronically. I didn’t feel like doing it. Although help was offered, I refused to accept the offer because I express myself better on paper. An appropriate paper application was not available. While it may be more convenient for the office, the individual’s comfort should be first and foremost. Otherwise, the service, professionalism, and care was good.

The staff and doctors were helpful. The process was quick and easy. The care the doctor gave was amazing. I felt heard about my symptoms

This was not your typical “urgent care” experience at all.  Personal, caring, kind, and empathetic.  Actually seemed like they wanted to help my daughter, not just process her and move on. Very impressed. I am grateful.

I was a walk-in and there was nobody else in front of me so I was seen by the physician promptly. Registering was the usual pain but at least it was online so no endless and repetitive paper forms to complete. The physician was pleasant and I was quickly diagnosed - I feel that a little more explanation and discussion over the symptoms would have been helpful. The one star reduction in 'Overall Experience' is because, after leaving and driving away, I tried to call multiple times with a question about payment but the phone just continued ringing with nobody answering. Ultimately I had to drive back to the clinic only to find the reception desk unattended - I had to wait five minutes before someone deigned to show up from the back office.

The single best urgent care experience we have ever had.  The staff was top notch from the reception to the doctor and nurse.  Very blessed to have found this place when we were out of town and in need of care. Thank you!!

Easy to get in and treated. The doctor was very efficient with good bedside manner.

Went in for a sprained ankle and had X-rays done. I had amazing care from the physician. The staff was very friendly and attentive.

The staff was so pleasant, doctor saw me quick, i was in and out within 15 minutes. I forgot quick medical services existed. I don’t plan to get sick again but if/when I do, I’m coming back here.
