AFC Urgent Care, Richmond

Staff was excellent from the minute I checked in. Dr. Chinwe is brilliant. Knowledge, intelligent, kind, and she has an amazing bed side manner.  This is the type of care you receive in a top tier practice. I highly recommend AFC to anyone who is experiencing an urgent medical issue.

Was able to be seen after I scheduled appointment. Recovering from a cold and gave me diagnosis which eased my anxiety. Recovery has been great thanks to the staff and Dr. Sarah Reber.

It was my first time going to AFC. I had a great experience. From the front desk to the MA and provider. Really recommend this location.

It was fairly quickly, had to get stitches removed from my hand. But he was gentle and after cutting them, before pulling he’d let me know when he was going to so I’d be ready, and before going to the next one, he’d check if I was good. Had one that hurt some, so he gave me a bit and told me to move my fingers to ease the pain a bit. Only when I said I was ready is when he’d continue. Great bedside manner. Super kind and gentle and very empathetic.

This is an excellent Urgent Care facility. Scheduling was fast and I was able to get in the morning I signed up. The nurse practitioner listened patiently when I described how I was feeling and was professional and extremely knowledgeable in his care.  Highly recommend.

I was trying to find the fastest appointment possible. Was able to book and upload everything within five minutes. Was in and out of Care within 45 minutes for my daughter. Everything was fast efficient and they helped our problems.

Ms. Dunn and her support staff did a wonderful job.  This was my first visit, though my wife has been here several times.  A great place for urgent care.  I recommend it.

I cut myself with the knife as I was cutting into a spaghetti squash and quickly called someone to take me over to the urgent care. I’m a veteran and the main hospital is far, and that’s the clinic they have that I should go to, so I come here whenever I have something urgent. My wait was only the call she did to verify and that’s it, I was in there and they tended to me, got me blankets because I was so cold and got me stitched up. Great bedside manner and very attentive. Even with the other patients, they made sure they were attentive to them even while being busy.
