The staff was great! I came in almost at closing, and they still managed to fit me in with no long wait. Crystal was wonderful, fast, and efficient!

Wasn't terrible, just really long wait, but the staff was friendly.

Nice atmosphere, very friendly and helpful staff. The provider was thorough and explained everything in detail. I would recommend this provider.

I have been feeling bad for a while, so I went online. I scheduled my appointment. It was wonderful they sent me emails to remind me about checking time, which was great. The staff up front all the way to the staff in the back were kind, they listened. They were considerate and had ideas and questions to help me feel better. They showed a true concern

I called to be sure of service hours. Walked in and no one else was waiting. Scanned the barcode to register online. Five minutes later called to the back. Within 30 minutes I was out of there. Had an allergy. Got a shot and prescription for meds. Not my first time there. Entire staff was cool and treated me like family. I recommend Apex 100%.

Well I’ll start off by saying my son never seen the provider. We scheduled an appointment for 3:00 pm, confirmed and checked in before appointment time. Per Solv waitlist only 1 walk-in was ahead of us, and she was already in the back. From the time I checked in until 3:17pm, we sat there in the lobby. For 17 minutes not one person came to the front to even greet us better yet call us to the back. I’m not sure if this lady was the provider, but she did say to the other ladies that we’re just sitting there “Are yall going to help me today?” Finally the lady came to the front, still didn’t acknowledge us and then the power went out. She went back to the back never said a word. As they were discussing the internet outage someone said if someone come in just “let them know the internet is down at the moment we can’t do anything.” Finally that’s when she said we have a patient waiting already. Then she comes back to the front still no greeting, but says “mama you can come back if you want. The internet is down.” So from 2:58 until 3:27 I sat with my son who has a fever of 102 waiting to be seen. I understand the power and internet outage but for 17 minutes we sat in the lobby waiting to be called to the back before the power went out. My son could have his vitals done and also in the back waiting on the provider in 17 minutes. Keep in mind the 1 patient that was already there was done before 3:17 and we were still waiting to be acknowledged. This is the 2nd time I’ve come to this urgent care and no one is sitting at the front desk and then when they do come they either have an attitude or just simply don’t even acknowledge the patient. Is absurd and highly unprofessional.

I came in at 11:05 and mentioned I had an appointment at 12:30 for something else. Staff was super understanding and flexible with my potential need to leave. I was seen in roughly 30 min and was able to make my next appt with no issue.

I have visited your location multiple times, but today Jada, Kathy, Christina, and Mary really made it a pleasant experience even though I was in a lot of pain. They went above and beyond expectations to take care of my issue. I appreciate each one of them to the utmost. My gratitude and today I feel awesome!!!! Highly recommended!!

I have never had a bad experience at Apex. I am grateful Apex is so close to home and the care is exceptional!

I was not feeling well and was able to drive up and get seen quickly. I had the Flu and they were more than accommodating while I was being checked out and awaiting a ride home. Very good care!
