I had to come here for a pre-employment drug screening. The young lady at the front desk wasn't very friendly and seemed like she didn't want to be there, so my first impression wasn't the best. However, the staff member who assisted me with my drug screening completely changed my experience. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, attentive, and very talkative in the best way. She explained the entire process from start to finish, made me feel comfortable, and provided outstanding customer service. I've been to several clinics for pre-employment drug screenings over the years, and she was by far the sweetest and nicest person I've had the pleasure of dealing with. She truly deserves recognition for the excellent care and professionalism she provided.

I had an infection near a fingernail cuticle that I was unable to cure after several days of home remedies, so I looked to make an appointment at Apex and was able to get in the same day. After an easy check in, I only waited a couple minutes before I was called to the back. The provider entered the room within a couple minutes, examined my finger, then gave me options of what to do next. Before he began the procedure to drain the infection, he examined the entire process thoroughly and made sure to answer all my questions clearly. He also explained the after care very clearly before handing me my discharge instructions and sending me on my way. I was very pleased with this visit and would recommend care provided by the same provider.

Had stiff neck and shoulder.i was in extreme discomfort and pain. I walked in and was scheduled instantly without any hassle. The staff , nurse and Doctor were courteous enough to help me. I feel much better now
