There was zero wait time. Apart from filling up the forms online, I was able to be seen by the doctor immediatly and prescription filled online to my nearest pharmacy. I highly recommend this location their customer service is excellent.

I’ve been struggling with a cold for last two weeks, mainly cough. Never been to this urgent care before literally right up the street from my house. Got in there same day evening appointment which totally worked with my schedule. Everything went as smooth as could be. I was extremely impressed. Staff at the front desk were nice and accommodating. There was water available and a Keurig. Wait time was on time. Staff were amazingly kind, gentle friendly. The doctor as well as a 10 out of 10., she listened, explained and answered my questions, she was ready to get me better!  I was in and out within less than a half an hour. Come to find out I had the flu, and medication was on its way to my Pharmacy.  Great and exceptional service!!  Many blessings to their staff, kudos to APEX Urgent Care!!

Scheduling my appointment was easy. Last time I came I was in and out but this time around i scheduled for the morning but was there for over an hour. They couldn’t verify my insurance which I’m assuming is what took so long but eventually they called and verified and later after I was seen. I scheduled for the morning so I can be seen quicker like my last visit because I was not feeling well. It’s not the staff fault that the verification system was down but I still don’t know why this visit was so long and my appointment was at 9:10. Disappointed but I’ll still return because my first visit went really well and I had a great experience.

Everything was great from start to finish. I think I might make Dr. Samuel my primary doctor if possible.

I was able to get into Apex easily and quickly. The staff and doctors are extremely friendly and efficient. They worked quickly and got me diagnosed and treated with ease. I am so grateful for their professionalism.

Needed to get a school physical for my son same day. Scheduled my appointment online and was able to pre fill out my paperwork. Scheduling online was very easy and convenient. From checkin to leaving everything went smooth and quick! Great experience and very friendly staff and doctors.

The male, front desk clerk is not helpful. He entered an incorrect ID no. which delayed the care as we need to contact my insurance. He dod not admit to the fault and did not apologize either. He has poor customer service.

I'd been coughing up mucus for over 4 days and decided to make an appointment this morning. The doctor and staff was very knowledgeable, professional, and respectful. The doctor listened, and addressed all of my concerns. Thank you!! I was in and out within 35 minutes. This has been my Urgent Care for 6 or more years! I do recommend them!!

I has a rash that I was concerned about just needing to make sure it wasn’t contagious. I walked in the office was extremely clean, staff was very pleasant ease of submitting paperwork. I was extremely pleased with the visit that was over in less than an hour. I would highly recommend this provider.
