Lost my voice on Friday evening, feeling listless & achy all fay Saturday. Looked up Urgent Care facilities in Katy. I make appt Sunday morning within 2 hours. Staff was very polite, my wait was short! I was examined & was in & out within thirty minutes!

Made an appointment for strep within 10 min. In and out. Feeling great now!

I had a sore throat , fever, chills and was able to be seen that morning. Booking an appointment was very easy. The staff was great! The cleanliness wasn't the greatest and it was stuffy in there, but over all good experience.

Only complaint is the knowledge of getting your Rx. Was told my covid Rx would be $25, bascially just wasted $75 to be told i was sick which i knew. Still ended up with no meds. InstaHealth: 1 Patient: 0

Woke up with an infection in my right hand. Booked an appointment today. Walked into the clinic and was seen immediately. Filled out paperwork without problems got diagnosed quickly and easily. Great facility. Recommend to anyone

Great all around. Consistently good even when busy. Treating physician always listens to concerns and provides a custom treatment plan.

I love Dr Irene and the staff! They are always friendly, kind and helpful every time I visit the office.  I highly recommend them

I do not recommend this place and will never go back. This was my second visit here but the first time I didn’t walk out.  I had just left the Dr and was told to get a chest xray and it was Saturday so normal xray places are not open so when I saw online that ai could get one here I jumped on it.  When I arrived I was ignor ed by the front desk.  She was in the phone but could at least acknowledge.  When she finally did she tried to tell me since I had an order I couldn’t get one unless I paid self pay instead of insurance or I couldn’t get one.  So I did because I was desperate.  The person who did the xray was sweet and helpful.  I wish I had gotten her name.  My first visit here was with my fiancé who presented with a cut in his hand.  Even though they do stitches he was told to go somewhere else.  How is this an urgent care place when they do this?  People come because they need help.  Enough of my rant.  If you can go somewhere else I would.

Our nurse / tech today was WONDERFUL. Best we’ve had.

Needed to get a Covid test.  Was able to schedule online.  Was seen promptly & the place was clean.  Thanks for your care.
