This was my first time of visiting and they were extremely pleasant. The wait time was minimal, even though I was a walk in. The nurse who assisted me prior to the doctor seeing me was so warm and comforting. The doctor was pleasant and very professional. I would definitely recommend them.

Wait time was ridiculous. I felt horrible and needed to see a physician today. Walk-in’s were taken over appointments. You are better off walking in rather than taking the time to schedule. They had no rapid tests. It is a 24-48 hour wait time to see if COVID, Strep or Flu is present. She prescribed as if it were an upper respiratory infection. I will have to change course if the lab turns out different fferently. The people are nice.

Spent over 2 hours here. Only one physician working for the entire facility. Made an appointment ahead of time, was called back 50 minutes after my appointment! I even did all the paperwork online prior to my appointment. Once in the exam room, I waited another 45 minutes for the Dr to spend 2 minutes at max examining me. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a facility. The staff was polite and the waiting room was nice/comforting, which made it a 2 star rating for me. Unfortunately this was the only facility that accepted my insurance in my area. I pray I never have to return here! That wait time does not mix well with someone who is feeling sick and wanting aid.
