The nurse practitioner is really great, she’s someone I’ve seen once before and both times the care and explanation was amazing.  The person taking my blood pressure was asking medical questions that were a bit personal for me and we were in the hall and not behind closed doors. I was put off by that. The facility is run down and dirty and that needs to be addressed. The bathroom dispensers are rusted and the TP was left out of dispenser. The bed in room was rusted at bottom. The blood pressure cuff was not sanitized for me. Trash cans very dirty. No sanitizer in the rooms dispensers.  Waiting area having bottled water was very nice, waiting area was clean.

I was dealing with a clogged ear after swimming. I tried everything at home to get it unclogged. I went to urgent care the next day and they were able to irrigate it and unclog it super quickly. From the receptionist to the nurse to the doctor I was treated very kind and professional.
