The only one issue that I had in the clinic with the constant smell of your perfume and flowery stuff that emits through the whole clinic As a registered nurse I found both the clinic the individuals the doctor the assistant and the front desk very professional and very comforting

Went in for an STD screening and the nurse and doctor made me feel so uncomfortable. All I told the nurse was that I wanted to get the labs done, nothing else. She leaves and the doctor comes in and the first things she said is “i understand you think you may have been in contact with someone who’s infected”. I’m like I never said that. I just wanted to get tested. That was very rude. There was no need to assume that or ever put words in my mouth. Why I wanted to get tested is irrelevant especially if I didn’t say it on my own.

Second time at this location and both times I’ve had a great experience.

Kid woke up wheezing today. I’m so thankful this pedi urgent care center is here. We were seen quick and our concerns were address by NP Arnjanette and staff.  Very pleasant experience.  Thanks so much!

This was a return checkup concerning the city on my ginger. The staff was very helpful and attentive and patiently answered all of my questions.i would definitely recommend them for urgent care.

This is by far the best urgent care. The staff here are absolutely amazing from checking in to the back. This place is extra clean and sanitized. The check-in process is a breeze especially when making an appointment online thru the Solv app. I definitely would recommend this urgent to anyone!!! Amazing job

Several days cough got terribly worse. Went in early and got in pretty quick. Staff was professional and helpful. Nurse asked good questions and prescribed appropriate medications. Glad I went in. Am getting better. I go there when I need attention now.  5 stars.

Construction was a little unnerving but all for progress

The nurses were so friendly and helpful however the doctor needed to seriously improve his bedside manner. He was very curt and unconcerned.

I needed my son to be seen urgently without the wait time of an emergency room. I went online and was able to book an appointment within the hour. When we arrived the front staff was so nice and the care team was so attentive they even started care in the lobby. They listened to my concerns and did everything to make sure my son was taken care of. They also answered all of my questions so thoroughly and friendly. I would HIGHLY recommend Nitehawk. I have had to take my daughter a couple of times and I gladly travel the hour to continue to use them. Thank you all for being so gracious and patient.

I was here with my precious grandson and had no wait time. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The NP made my 18 mos. grandson feel at ease and he did not cry for the first time. She was very good with him.

It was hard to check in because my eyes were swollen with pink eye but receptionist didn’t card. Could hardly see the fill out QR code was small on phone.

The staff was so friendly and caring. I drove a bit further to get here and avoid the huge wait at our other urgent care, and it was WELL worth the drive. They had him feeling better quick.

Procrastinated on going to my PCP during the week thinking my head and chest congestion would go away using OTC medicine, it turned into full blown sinu infection and I went on Saturaday morning hoping to get some relief. I made the appointment and completed all the paperwork on-line. Practically no waiting time and everyone I came into contact with was great! It was one of the best experiences I've ever had at an urgent care center. Highly reccomend this facility.
