Receptionist was delightful! Congenial & Kind! Nurse was excellent, friendly & caring. PA was also exceptional with recommendations & steps to take to further resolve my health issues. Overall a very pleasant experience.

No appointment, it's urgent care. Walked into the examination office with the nurse, trying to get onto that exam chair, I'm 4'9", lethargic, cold. The step stool was pushed in all the way, I'm trying to hop onto the chair, almost stumbled off. The chair was all the way upright, the sitting area is about 12in, maybe 16 in wide, legs hanging out, im sitting in a fetal position, she didn't offer to extend the stool, nor did she offer to recline the chair for a tiny bit of comfort. Then I ask for a blanket, the dr says they don't have blankets. What? The ac is blasting, I have the chills. These guys are not hospitable at all. No wonder their parking lot is empty. Not recommending, not going back ever!!!

It was a great experience from scheduling, check in, the staff and doctors are very kind. I appreciate the care they provide.

I could not hear out of my right ear for weeks.  I finally chose “Doc In The Box” because my sister told me a horrific story of her infected ear after letting it go for too long.  It was soo easy…I made an appointment online, walked in the door and within 15 minutes my ear was cleared and I was walking out! Very kind and professional! I would not hesitate to use this Urgent Care again‼️

Have urinary infection, unable to see anyone at normal doctor's office for a month. Walked in to Urgent Care Flower Mound and was seen immediately. Office staff and PA were very friendly and helpful. This is the third time I have gone to Doctor Urgent Care.  The care at this facility is outstanding.  Love the Dr.  she always figures out my concerns and prescribes the right course of action.  I wish she could be my primary care physician. I scheduled online and completed the paperwork.  The wait to be seen was minimal.  The PA was kind, knowledgeable and caring.  I highly recommend this Urgent Care facility.
