I brought my daughter here today because she has been seriously ill for approximately three months and has become so exhausted and unwell that she can barely get out of bed. We explained all of her symptoms, showed the provider the swollen lymph node we had noticed, and explained the ongoing mold/habitability situation in our rental home and her continued exposure to that environment. I was NOT asking this provider to diagnose mold exposure or claim that mold was the cause. I was asking for my daughter to be properly evaluated and for her symptoms and visit to be documents Instead, we were told that because the provider could not prove what was causing her symptoms, blood work or even checking her vitals would not show anything and would not help. No meaningful evaluation or testing was offered, and we were given no reasonable medical plan for a child who has been sick for months This was incredibly frustrating and unacceptable. A doctor does not have to know the cause of an illness before taking a patient seriously, evaluating them, documenting their symptoms, and providing appropriate next steps. We are already dealing with a serious housing situation involving suspected mold exposure, and having an accurate medical record is extremely important. I left feeling like my daughter had been dismissed rather than cared for.  If you cannot determine the cause, tell us what you can do to evaluate her and help us move forward. Don’t simply tell a parent that testing is pointless. Very disappointed with this experience.

Great place for quick care. I used for severe congestion. They were able to run all tests & results in minutes.

Scheduling is always a breeze, and we are always met with competent and professional care.

Head cold for 2 weeks that was getting worse. Seemed like maybe a sinus infection. Booked online appointment at 4 :10 pm and got a 4:40 appointment. Office new, clean, staff friendly and attentive. Easy to book online and pre fill all paperwork!  Excellent. Medical staff efficient and friendly. Meds were at my pharmacy 20 minutes later.  Highly recommend.

The front desk person rolled her eyes during a phone call with a potential patient and made a negative comment out loud. I just received my prescription notification from the pharmacy, but I haven't heard from the practitioner yet. They had offered to discuss the treatment plan after my X-ray, mentioning they needed extra time to get the radiologist's input and would call me with the results. Overall, this does not seem like the most professional doctor's office. Not sure I would return to this office again.

Very easy to make appointment online and got to the office very easy and was in and out in 30 minutes with blood drawn. Was one of the easiest and best urgent care appointments I have ever had.

Had been dealing with a cough for several days , I popped in and had a very positive experience.  Thank you for a caring staff and quick response .
