Honestly this place is so convenient when your kid gets sick. It eliminates the wait until the next day to take your kid to be seen. Sometimes there is longer waits but that’s just how it goes sometime. For the most part they’re pretty quick and I’m very grateful there’s a business you can take your kid too when they get sick in the evening and seven days a week. Plus the staff is very friendly.

NP Teresa was very attentive. We’d been in to see her previously for multiple symptoms with our son. She prescribed medication and rest. We returned this visit for her to make sure he was back to full health. We are very glad she treated our son.

A+ Care! My son was injured in Allen at football practice and we knew exactly where we wanted him treated. This location has seen all of our injuries and illnesses and had had phenomenal care every single time! From sore throats to X-rays and our 2nd walking boot in 2 years they have done it all so well!

Very long delays with minimal other patients and limited explanations of the length of time

I appreciate the flexibility being open on a Sunday. Nurse Trish was awesome. The ladies that did all the pre-exam exam stuff were really great. It was a really good experience.

We took our daughter in after we noticed that she was in constant pain in her hand after we had been holding her hand while playing. We had an appointment, but since it was a Saturday and close to closing time, the clinic was a little busy, so we had to wait longer than our scheduled appointment time. Both the front desk staff and the doctor who saw our daughter were incredibly kind and thorough. They listened carefully to everything we had to say and made us feel very comfortable. The doctor was able to relieve her pain in literally about three seconds! We were honestly amazed and wished we had brought her in sooner. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely come back if our daughter ever needs urgent care again. Highly recommend!

The staff was super friendly and bedside manner was excellent. Wait time was not long at all and everyone was very informative.

Had to go to Carrollton when our home office of Denton was booked.  There is not enough seating in the waiting area so my children ended up sitting on the floor and another family couldn’t sit at all.  The provider was great, but wait time was pretty bad.  She prescribed Amoxicillin which my kid’s pediatrician changed the next day to Cefdinir.  Provider was kind and seemed thorough.  Was concerned about it being more serious than it was so for that, I’m glad I came in.

Theresa was amazing with my little boy who wasn’t feeling well. She was kind, thorough and gentle. I feel great knowing this place is a short drive for peace of mind

Scheduling was super fast and easy. Super friendly and caring staff. Provider had excellent bedside manner. Listened and cared. Didn’t feel rushed at all. Will definitely be going here again.
