Fast and Friendly. I had my appointment and was even able to schedule my son for the same day as well. I love how easy it was.

The nurses were so friendly and helpful however the doctor needed to seriously improve his bedside manner. He was very curt and unconcerned.

I waited in my car quite a while after my appointed time. I was then hustled through a rapid test with minimal information about the visit. I was briefly spoken to by someone who introduced himself as a doctor, maybe 20 second interaction, then I waited for the result which I got in 15 min. I and my insurance company received an invoice for $2675 for this pleasure. Part of the form package they have you sign acknowledges that they may submit this for “ER benefits”. No one covered prices or confirmed insurance eligibility with me. This is all on the patient. This means they can code the visit outside the COVID guidelines. I have used many services as my job requires that I test often. This is by far the least transparent urgent care visit I’ve ever had. I will never go back. I’m sorry I didn’t use my normal provider at city doc for this testing or anyone else for that matter. I’ve paid $150 out of pocket for non insurance testing at much nicer places. They gouge you because they can. The know most people don’t understand “ER benefits” coding. I bought some home tests. Never trust these guys again.

Went for Covid testing for rapid test. Waited 2hrs in total when other places it took 45 min or less. Nurse who took vitals and swabbing, was nice but didn’t talk at all nor didn’t seem to want to be there. Doctor seemed nice which we saw him for 5 min. Discharge nurse very friendly. Overall, there should be more communication and efficiency for administering Covid tests.

The man that did my X-ray was rude and condescending. He had horrible bedside manner and obviously hates being at work and dealing with sick people. He was breathing so heavy I thought he was going to run out air and he wasn’t even moving that much . Then when he did move he could barely get around. I wouldn’t want him to be working if a real emergency came in.

I waited in my car for two hours, and I followed all their protocols (checked in on Solv and called when I got there). She said there were five people ahead of me, so I’ll have to wait, even though I had an appointment. After an hour, I called again and no one picked up. It was for a covid test so I didn’t want to go inside. Then I called again and they clearly had forgotten about me. I went in and did the covid test, only to find out they don’t send it in to get the PCR test. He said insurance won’t cover it to get another test done for a couple of days. He told me about a place that can do PCR the same day but he couldn’t even remember the name, so no help.

We have a 12 pm appointment and it’s 1 pm still nobody has come to at least say they will get with us soon . We called and they couldn’t tell us how much longer we have to wait . If we would’ve known it would be another hour we would have left a long time ago .. We just left . Don’t waste your time .
