Dr Evelyn and staff are wonderful  Very friendly and professional

I knew i had a UTI I COULD NOT GET INTO MY PRIMARY DR. So i looked up your clinic. I Was able to get in your facility.. the  staff very nice !!! And very helpful! The only thing that was negative was the check in. I did not know how to do it on my phone. I wasn’t the only one there was another lady and a man complaining but your staff were very helpful and walked me through it. That part was so time-consuming, even for the two other people and they’re doing the same thing digging through their purses, dropping the stuff on the floor looking up things. It took way too long. Paper would be better because you’re trying to navigate on your phone and you don’t know what you’re doing. But loved the staff loved  the care that I got.

My total experience was excellent. However, the front desk receptionist - don't have her name - was excellent plus. She was calm, friendly, and exuded kindness.

Two things I found distracting/off putting: 1) the person who provided me care was wearing a name badge where “physician” had been marked off with a sharpie.  2) that same individual also had an AirPod in and was listening to something (I could hear it) during the exam. I found the two things to be unprofessional and didn’t really instill confidence in the care I received. I was prescribed medicine and so maybe the outcome would have been the same regardless but I’m not sure I’ll go back.

Had an appointment scheduled for 9:40. Had to wait over 30 minutes before being called. Staff was great.

I had to wait almost 2 hours to get treatment. Also the medication I got isn’t helping much. Still in pain. Dr. Just repeated back to me what I filled out in my paperwork.

The doctor and the nurse treated me very well. They were kind, professional, and made me feel cared for. Unfortunately, the woman at the front desk was very rude over the phone and even hung up on me. When I went to the urgent care, she was the same person at the front desk. She had an unpleasant attitude, made me repeat myself several times, and was not friendly or accommodating. She also failed to provide complete information, yet was very demanding and expected me to know what she needed. Her behavior made what could have been a positive experience very frustrating. (On top of that, I was not feeling well at all, and she showed no compassion or consideration for my condition)

Had fallen and needed an x-ray staff was friendly got in in minutes very thorough… practitioner is a genius with wonderful bedside manner and so very smart found out in minutes I had a cracked rib, which was a relief because I’ve been having chest pains Best place I could’ve gone

Didn’t get any help, didn’t give stool sample collection cup they were supposed to give.

Needed to return for a recheck on current illness and it was the best care from reception to Doctor. I love this facility.
