          On Saturday evening, my 2 yo son woke up from his sleep coughing, complaining of stomach pain and unable to keep anything down. We immediately took him to KidMed (arriving 30 minutes before closing) and we were met by the friendly front desk staff. Check in was easy with a short wait time. The doctor patiently answered our questions, examined our son and ran the necessary tests and didn’t rush us out of the door. Since it was so late, we weren’t sure what to expect but everyone was so attentive and kind. We really appreciated the care that was shown.

          From the two people at the front desk to the nurse and nurse practitioner everyone was extreamly friendly and helpful. There was hardly any wait time.           My daughter was complaining of a sore throat. Her throat was really red. I was about to make a appointment for her to be seen within the next hour. We walked in and was called to go back immediately. Everyone was so nice and gentle with my daughter. I feel like we were in and out in 30 minutes. My daughter woke up this morning feeling great! Kids med has diffently been a life saver for my family since my 21 year old was little. Thank you all so much for what you do for us!!! ❤️

          Im a chronic sinus infection patient. Thank goodness the practitioner decided to check one last thing and run a flu test before me leaving with an antibiotic script. It was NOT a sinus infection and was Flu B - the antibiotics would have not helped and caused other issues (I have low good gut bacteria and need to take antibiotics sparingly) - very thankful for her thoroughness. Tamiflu is helping. Noticing the wheezing in my lungs, Im hoping the steroid clears that up. Thoroughly listening, taking the time to listen to my issues - just thank you to her

          I had an appt with my Dr today to get relief from this terrible sinus infection. I sat on a televisit call for an hour with no one showing up and no one answering the office phone. Made a video call appt with Next are thru Solv and was seen, diagnosed within 15 minutes. My Dr was understanding and knowledgeable and im incredibly grateful for you all today.

          Brian was great. But i feel like covid is the only thing they ask about. I feel like i have a sinus infection but didnt even look at nose. Was told i have a viral infection of some type. Total waste of time and money.
