It was a wonderful experience for my autistic child. She loved this place!!

I was able to book a time easily so I could take my son after work. The wait was typical for an evening in the middle of the fall sick season, but the staff was so kind, friendly and attentive. They talked us through the tests they thought would best diagnosis the concern. I’m so glad I brought him in. And it was the end of the end during a busy flu/strep/croup/pneumonia season, so it would have been understandable if staff was tired or grouchy but they weren’t. We’ve relied on KidMed for years because they offer evening and weekend hours our pediatrician doesn’t, and we’ve always encountered quality care. Thanks for being such a wonderful support in our community.

The entire staff was very pleasant from front desk to the back.  Thank you for all you do!!

While the facility may have been packed, the staff moved through everyone quickly and never waivered with the quality of care. We love this location for our pediatric urgent care needs.

Took my son for not feeling well and a temp.got there at 5:45. Finally got through the check in after the lady at window 2 argued with me and my insurance. The waiting room had puke towls in two places, but after getting back to a room Finally got my son seen and got out at 9:45. Won't be back .

My child was not feeling well & I was able to schedule an appointment quickly. The doctor & staff were amazing! I am very thankful for Kidmed & their excellent service! I would recommend them to everyone that I know with children!

Uncleaned puke on floor during 1.5 hour wait in waiting room while front desk folks sat around with no one checking in. Doctor and xray tech were awesome.

I made an appointment online for the same day. We weren’t called back to be seen until an hour and ten minutes after my appointment time. Once we were seen, everything went well.

The nurses and doctors were so great. Even though my son felt awful, they cheered him up really quick. The xray tech did a fantastic job. My son never had an xray before and he was super nervous, but the tech did a great job at calming his nerves and even explained to him exactly what he was going to do! We always have a great experience when we go there.

Booked an appointment but speed of getting triaged was abysmal.
