Everything about my visit was awesome and convenient!

I love that you can save your spot online so you don’t have to sit in a waiting area full of sick people for hours waiting on your turn! The staff is so friendly and helpful, my children feel so comfortable when they have to go here !

It took almost 3 hours, 2.5 of which we spent in a room just waiting...

We were the only sick patients in the clinic and they still took 5-6 well patients ahead of us and we waited for 1.5 hours. Then waited in our room to see a doctor for 45 minutes.

Scheduling and check-in was smooth and quick. We were called to the back after maybe a 10 minute wait in the lobby. The tech was nice, but could tell he was not as experienced as others we’ve come in contact with in past visits. The NP we saw was nice, seemed to care. But she spoke fast and did not allow time for us to answer her questions thoroughly. She would ask a question but then speak over me while I was trying to answer. I feel the diagnosis received may have been accurate, but I also feel it’s a possibility there could have been a different diagnosis if she had just listened.

I really love how attentive the staff is i feel like they listen to all of my concerns and never brush off even the smallest of issues. They are thorough in getting to the root of the issue and give excellent treatment.

Wait time is a little long but staff was friendly.

Scheduling an appointment time was easy, we arrived 15 minutes early just to make sure we didn’t need to fill anything else out, we didn’t wait that long before we were called back to the room. The employees were very friendly from the front desk to the doctors. All had very good bedside manners. I thought it was so nice how they had accommodations for the kids- drinks, popsicles, fidget toys, blankets, pillows- whatever they needed they had. You don’t find that too often. I would highly recommend KidMED Southside to anyone.

Wait time seemed a bit much when we had an appointment and waited for an hour in the waiting room and then an additional hour in a private room waiting for the provider.

Came in as a walk-in about an hour before close. We got checked right in and only waited a short time before being seen. Every single staff member was so friendly and helpful. We felt like they listened and explained things well to us. I would definitely recommend kid med.
