The doctor was thorough, took her time and I felt heard as a parent.   I love that they have a lab and can run tests to find out accurately what is going on.  I highly recommend

I appreciate how attentive the staff is and always feel they listen to me as the parent.    The ability to schedule or walk in is so convienent in a world full of uncertainties.

Convenient scheduling, check in, wait in car,  x ray, results and out the door in an hour with great care.

Check in was a nightmare. I came in with three sick kids. Was asked to use qr code to register but failed to mention the wifi until we complained out loud several times then they offered paper apps 30 minutes in. The doctor seemed nice but front staff gave “I couldn’t care less” attitude. I watched an older guy come in with sick special needs kid get same pathetic treatment didn’t tell him about qr code nor offer paper app. He didn’t even know what a qr code was.

Check in was very unkind and rude about not having capability of using online check in. Provider and nurses were nice and competent.

Took my child to be seen and felt a bit rushed. They didn’t have any appointments left so we were a walk in and were brought back pretty quickly. The staff upfront were friendly enough and the medical assistants who worked with us were great. We’ve been here multiple times before for various issues and feel this office has often delivered satisfactorily. This time however, the provider rushed in, quickly checked out my child, explained about possible diagnosis, treatments and next steps etc then stated they were going to get an item we could take home to help with my child’s comfort, abruptly left and didn’t return. I still had questions and figured she’d be right back however when the medical assistant came in with discharge paperwork 20 minutes later, I was not happy. I told them I still had questions and asked that the provider come back to clarify. The provider came back after about more 20 minutes and did finally answer my questions however she seemed confused and annoyed as to why I needed to speak with her further. I still would return to this KidMed if needed in the future.  I’d prefer this provider to be more compassionate and remember to slow down a bit. You need to make sure the parent and sometimes even the child understands all of what’s going on and answer any further questions before continuing on to the next patient. Or at least make an effort to circle back if needed.

The PA we saw wouldnt test any further than xrays for my child who is having shortness of breath and dizzyness. Saw her pediatrician afterwards who did labs and she has illness showing that he could've tested for but wasn’t willing because her symptoms didn’t match the norm.

Easy to make appointment on line, fill out paperwork on line, quick check in, no wait, friendly staff, efficient.

We were a walk-in. We signed in with ease and were called back in a matter of minutes. My daughter was seen, swabbed diagnosed and we were released to go in less than 30 minutes. She was given a popsicle and a juice while we waited on her test results.

The front desk and Techs were wonderful. The Provider(N.P.) was nice and very helpful but she seemed overworked/exhausted she asked my daughter the same questions multiple times it was very confusing.
