Dr. V and the staff today helped us today. We had a rough morning but upon seeing the office today they had our day turned around. The front desk staff were very welcoming. I highly recommend this location and the doctor! The nurse was super helpful as well. Thank you all!

I made an appointment on line when we got there was seen Right away X-ray done at appointment in the office less than hour

Out of all the times I’ve been to Kid Med this visit was THE BEST. I was able to do everything online  prior to the visit and didn’t need to do it again upon arrival.  The wait time was minimal and the staff was extremely helpful, especially the xray tech.  He made sure we had a pillow, water to drink and stickers !

Booked an appointment an hour before arriving. I have always received very detailed care for my kids, and the Dr made a strep test less scary. I actually prefer this over my primary care pediatrician most of the time as we have had better Dr interactions.

Overall care was great but the person at the front desk seemed to have forgotten to check us in for our appointment and so we sat in the waiting room for an extra half an hour. I had to go ask and only then did I get the confirmation that we'd been fully checked in. After that, the visit was fine.

Made an appointment, but it still took half an hour to be seen. Patient was offered candy and Gatorade - without first checking with the parent. You'd think that a health clinic would offer healthy choices, but instead they perpetuate and reinforce poor health choices. TV in the room was on - no remote control. Doctor never considered that a TV may be a distraction to the patient and/or the parent.

The doctor was thorough, took her time and I felt heard as a parent.   I love that they have a lab and can run tests to find out accurately what is going on.  I highly recommend
