We didn’t see a time available that worked online, so we walked in and were 7th in line and got back in a reasonable amount of time. The staff were all very friendly and I didn’t feel like we had to wait long considering how busy the office was. I always recommend KidMed when PCP isn’t available.

My grandson had been complaining of sore throat and was complaining of a nagging cough. Wanted to make sure it was not contagious. It was easy to go online and schedule; however even though the system told us to come on in, the timing of the appointment meant nothing. We waited about an hour and twenty minutes before we were called in. That was disappointing. I would have rather waited at home.

Staff are always friendly and pretty good at diagnostics. Just horrible wait times and they leave u in a room for hours at a time and don’t check in with you. You have to hunt someone down to know what’s going on

All of the slots were full for the day so I just decided to do a walk in for my son. The waiting room was ok, not overly packed but they were busy. I got there at about 5:30, checked and in and was called to the back within 30 minutes. Testing and X-rays were performed and came back in no time. Our visit was over at about 7:30. I really love KidMed Mechanicsville. We saw Dr. Linda White…..loved her. Our designated pharmacy didn’t have the meds that my done needed and she did not hesitate to send the meds to a different pharmacy. Our nurse was great (didn’t catch her name🤦🏾‍♀️) and was very caring.  10/10 I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR. LINDA WHITE

I went into Kid Med as a walk in for my son. Even though we arrived 15 mins before closing , we were greeted with a  smile. The front desk staff member was helpful & patient with me as I navigated their check in system on my phone. I must say I would rather do check in with the receptionist on her computer, versus doing it on my phone. I can see why that method would be more convenient & fast, but in my case I didn’t have good reception so I wasn’t able to complete it on my phone. After checking in, we were called to the back shortly after. The nurse was very kind, welcoming & personable. The visit with the NP went well as well. The nurse and NP both had great bedside manner. Overall we had a great visit.

Scheduling and checkin are quick and easy. Staff is super friendly and the care and knowledge is outstanding! Great experience

The staff did an excellent job caring for my kid and putting my mind at ease. Quick and easy checkin, excellent care, and always friendly.

The staff was very friendly, but we were there for over two hours despite having an appointment and a very specific, quick to diagnose issue. We only spent about 7 minutes interacting with the staff including check in. I had to poke my head out of our room after 45 minutes of not seeing anyone. That being said, we did get the answers we were looking for and a same day appointment.

Son had a nasty cough for about a week so I brought him in. Everyone there was super friendly and made sure he was comfortable and that any questions I had were answered.
