Front desk and clinical staff were awesome. Always great care from KIDMED

We are currently still waiting. I would prefer to be prefaced that the wait time will be extended. Saying phrases like the doctor will be right in to see you is misleading.

Been dealing with this sickness for a few days, Foldger was super friendly when doing all the test, Allison was also super helpful when talking about my symptoms and all.  Super great team!  I would say, it took a littler longer to get my test results back but understandable that they’ve might been busy.

The wait time is way too long. With an appointment, I still spent two hours there!

The staff is always very friendly and accommodating.  As always, whomever you see is very thorough in going over things with you and making sure any questions you may have are answered. I honestly the last few years have enjoyed going to Kid Med way more than our pediatrician. The service is always exceptional and the wait is never very long.

Bedside manner of the LPN was atrocious; attitude straight off the bat. Medical assistant was phenomenal.

This was my first time with Kidmed. And they were great from the time I walked in the door until the time I left. Wish I could make them my primary doctor!!!

Needed stitches - no wait time and fast/courteous service. All healing up nicely. All in all,a very positive experience!

Today was day 2 of war pain with no other symptoms that usually we look out for with ear infection. I was able to book and apt (and change to earlier) all same day today. We got there early and were seen within minutes of checking in. Everyone there is always so kind and caring. We were seen and out the door with meds to the pharmacy in 30min!

It’s okay. Not the best. Not the worst. Staff members try to be friendly.
