First time visiting this clinic, was a long time patient of Dr Adatia and felt at ease when I met Dr. Phillips. She was very easy to talk to,  very knowledgeable, very pleasant and has a great bedside manner! I don’t feel as though anything was missed in changing physicians.

I was able to get in right away, zero wait time. It was incredible! And I’m so thankful I did, turned out to be very serious, including a hospitalization. So happy I didn’t have to wait anywhere else. Definitely returning only here in the future.

Recommend removing the statement 'walk ins welcome" as I tried to walk in on 07may and was told they were completely booked despite lack of patients in the waiting room.

Had to wait a bit for my scheduled apointment, but was pleased by the care I recieved.

I came in for urgent care. I ended up getting a leg brace. The crutches they tried to set me up with wouldn't adjust properly. It's ok because they would have been awkward to use them at work anyway. It would have been kinda nice to get a cane, but they didn't have any...but everything else went just fine,!

Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care is my favorite urgent care to go to. Convenient online scheduling, easy check-in process, fast wait times, concerns are addressed appropriately, friendly staff, and you're out in about an hour from start to finish. The only area that could be improved is if you have questions after your appointment, it's hard to get a hold of anyone, and then you don't get a call back. I highly recommend Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care

The first person i spoke to to get checked in was somewhat rude in the sense that it seemed like she didn’t believe me. however when it was time to be seen by the dr and finish check in, the medical assistant was amazing in that process. the medical assistant with the brown hair is great. the dr was amazing as well and made me feel heard.

The staff members were very professional as well as helpful with the procedures. I would recommend this office to anyone seeking health care immediately.

I returned to UC last Saturday, for a follow-up visit to remove my infected toenail. On my first visit, the previous Saturday, KC Pearce had given me antibiotics to bring the infection down before nail removal. KC and staff were FANTASTIC! They were all very professional, courteous, kind, and attentive. I highly recommend Indigo Urgent Care (University Place, WA), for any health concern you may have.

Passed me off like a bad habit. "Not equipped to care" treating me as if I'm in need of chemo. Didn't even try to help me. Thanks "doctor"

It was quick and easy to get my son into the urgent care, even though online it said they took walk ins, so I was able to make a same day appointment. Once there we were seen right away. We did have to get xrays and waited a long time to get results, but instead of answering any questions, staff did try to send us home with no answers or results. I had to persist for results and for some solutions to our incident.

Staff was great and very empathetic to the pain I was in. They explained the treatment options well.

Everyone was so nice and the doctor was very thorough. I really like this place. It’s very convenient knowledgeable

I took my son in for Urgent Care. Even before I got to the clinic, Amber and the rest of the staff were very accommodating and caring, being effective and efficient. Thank you!

Scheduling the night before was very simple and I could get an appointment for whatever time worked.. had upper back pain for 6 days alls alls the provider did was poke around on my back and prescribe muscle relaxers that aren’t even hitting the pain and irritation. After visit summery notes say may require further work up and testing but they cannot be evaluated in the urgent care… okay? What is urgent care for then? Because I wasn’t even offered an xray, didn’t listen to my breathing, none of it. What was the actual point of them giving muscle relaxers if they don’t even know what the cause was 🤦‍♀️
