I made an appointment and was pleasantly surprised with the amount of time the entire process took . I had x-rays done and a nebulizer treatment. I was out in one and a half hours. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Been having some oral pain already have dentist appointment scheduled but I felt I needed to come in to hopefully get some relief until then. I was prescribed absolutely nothing as in I haven’t already been taking OTC meds which simply aren’t working which is why I came in. I attempted to have a prescription filled and was told I have to come back in for another appointment which is understandable I guess but now I have to miss another day of work which is now 2 days in a row which I was trying to avoid. Just confused on the process of coming in seeking pain relief and leaving with absolutely no solution and problem still intact.

Walk in appointment. Efficient process. Standard wait time not too long and the lobby is very welcoming and has a good variety of drinks. Good bedside manners, friendly, like-able people. I was helped by Yasha, Steven, and Jordan. Unfortunately did not get the name of the nice lady who checked me in. Care was quick and effective for an ear blockage.

How is it that MultiCare hired the very best people? All the staff at this Urgent Care are excellent in their professionalism,  kindness and friendliness-putting patients at ease.  A+ rating!

First time using Urgent Care  Staff was friendly helpful and in It was a good and comforting experience.

Walked into one location and they didn't have availability. They helped me schedule an appointment at the Ruston location. Everyone was very lovely and helpful, the staff that checked me in was respectful and kind. The doctor who saw me listened to my symptoms and advised me accordingly. In terms of in-office wait time, it was negligible–waited a few minutes. In terms of the time I had to wait between walking in originally and being seen, I did have to wait several hours and make a second trip out. I'm glad I was able to be seen and I would come back, I also know if I had less time to wait I wouldn't have been able to access these options. I have already and would recommend this location.

Everyone of your staff was kind, knowledgable, and professional. Five stars to everyone that helped me, and pay these people more!! Everytime I have to go to urgent care I will continue to use Ruston Indigo. I will recommend this spot to anyone in need of an urgent care

I’ve been sick for 2 weeks. I can’t breathe and feel terrible. It cost me $138.00 ( which is incorrectly billed on top of all the other issues).  I was told that I have nothing wrong with me and I just need to wait it out.  Ridiculous. No care
