In the middle of a long, out of town visit and got the uhoh feeling. My sister quickly booked an appointment for later in the day and I was able to receive treatment without cutting short my trip. Kind, smart and very friendly staff.  My complaints are the toilet is too near the wall making a urine sample awkward for a woman. Also the blood pressure machine is the horrid kind that runs too tight on the arm. I am not blaming the staff for that. They made me feel at ease.

We are so happy to have this excellent clinic nearby. Everything about our visit was professional and the best part was John who we have seen before. He targeted problem. Explained meds and how to take them. Picked up meds a few hours later and relief from pained started lessoning within hours. Thank you John and staff.

The staff was overall professional with the exception of my assigned PAC (Machen). I felt that she was very dismissive and did not care for my overall wellbeing. It was evident that there was a clear lack of regard for me (as her patient) and I did not feel safe under her care. Note, with the exception of the scheduling, wait time and office cleanliness; my ratings were strictly based on my experience with my assigned provider.
