MultiCare Indigo Urgent Care, Marysville

Had an injury to upper thigh. Turned out to be an abcess. They gave one round on antibiotics that almost cleared it. Went back in got a second round and now fully on the mend. Easy in and out care for small simple things. Affordable to for those of us without insurance.

Excellent care this visit. Everything was streamlined. NP was very good. Glad to know there is an urgent care clinic nearby that I can trust.

Rushed and incomplete care. I came in with chest pain with breathing, swollen glands, ear pain, and a sore throat. All the provider did was an in-office COVID/ FLU swab and prescribed cough medicine. They never checked my ears, throat, or glands. Swabbing a nose isn't a replacement for a physical exam. Total waste of money—now I have to go to a real provider who actually checks their patients. What a lazy provider.

I have a chronic condition that flared up. I was unable to get in to see my regular doctor. Your clinic was recommended to me by someone who had been seen there. I was able to easily schedule an appointment for the same day. The PA who saw me seemed to understand my issue and was familiar with the  usual treatment protocol. He prescribed the medication I needed. He also provided me with a starter dose in the clinic because I asked for something to relieve my symptoms more immediately.  They were able to process my insurance information right away.

Ease of scheduling was great. I was able to get in and got treated for my condition. I would say it was above and beyond as the care providers were extremely focused to provide the right care. Totally recommend. Thank you

Was a pleasant experience.   Everyone nice and wait time was minimal

They were able to get me in to be seen as a walk-in after a relatively short wait. The office was clean and had a huge waiting area- they even offer water while you wait. The staff seemed both courteous and detailed with care being provided in a clear, personable, and effective way. I would recommend visiting this clinic with urgent needs - the best walk-in/urgent care experience I’ve had.

I had a great experience at the Marysville Indigo! I called to schedule an appointment and was able to be seen within the hour. Lisa and Morgan provided excellent customer service, and Gabe had wonderful bedside manner. The entire experience was smooth, welcoming, and efficient.

Booking an appointment is so quick and easy, and the staff at the Marysville office are all wonderful! I have been in 4 times this last year, and once for my child.  Highly recommend!
