MultiCare Indigo Urgent Care, Maple Valley

Everyone was very kind, and my son was checked out quickly. Overall, the experience was great but I was concerned about the medication advice we received at discharge. The paperwork recommended Delsym or Sudafed for my 3 year old’s cough and congestion, but both bottles stated they weren’t recommended for children under 4. When I asked the nurse about dosing I was told to follow the directions on the bottles. I called his pediatrician afterward and was advised not to give him either medication because they aren’t recommended for children under 6. The staff was wonderful otherwise but I think the discharge instructions and medication guidance need to be reviewed to avoid confusion and ensure parents are receiving consistent, age appropriate advice.

Went in to get checked out for a persistent cough. Check-in was easy. The facility is clean and they provide juices, water and snacks if you need them. My provider was very friendly and professional and provided me with some prescriptions that will help my cough.

Scheduled the appointment the night before and was able to pick a time that was convenient for me.  Staff was great, got me in and out quickly.  Will definitely be back if I need help again.

Everything was great! Quick service, in and out, doctor gave me everything I needed for the flu. Went above and beyond to get me feeling better asap. I'm glad I went in. $0 payment due for appointment. Will definitely return if needed but hopefully not any time soon.

When I went in on Sunday, the guy was rather rude to me really didn't wanna help me said that they already exceeded there. Patient staff ratio told me I was gonna have to go out to my car and schedule for the next day. I thought wow that's a little crazy. Whatever happened to great customer service but that's young people these days.

Had same day availability and was super simple to schedule online. The medical assistant Genesis and the PA Calvin were so attentive and helpful.

The whole staff was great . Dr. Brenton. Dulak was great .

I had a welding burn on my knuckle from a little metal ball that landed on perfectly in a small hole in my glove and went into my knuckle looked like it was getting infected and I couldn't tell if the ball had came out or was still in my hand took x-rays to confirm that it was not in there and from now on antibiotics doing better thank you

As always, a great experience. I always appreciate this location. If you take advantage of the process they have set up, either call ahead and get on the list and wait for a text they’re ready for you or schedule online if there’s appointments available, which there is always appt available for the next day if you can wait it out, the process is so smooth and easy. The practitioners always listen to me. There’s a handful of them and between me and my three kids, we know them ALL!  there’s not a single one I haven’t been happy with. They’re doing a great job. I occasionally will go to Issaquah if I’m desperate and they’re jgood but I like MV better.

Have always had very pleasant visits at this clinic.
