Great staff, very accommodating. Kind and respectful

Very enjoyable experience except for the pain i was in. Everyone was super friendly and pleasant to deal with. Being my 1st time dealing with doctors i was a little nervous but they made me feel very comfortable. I appreciated their patience with me and (my moving trying to hide veins) they did a great job.

This is the 3rd time we have been really disappointed with care from Deion Tran. He didn't even bother to scrape a sample from their throats, just looked in their mouth and ears and prescribed antibiotics. I'm fairly sure one of the kids was faking their symptoms so they could miss school, but they got antibiotics as well. Looking at their discharge paperwork, there isn't even a diagnosis! He is friendly enough, but isn't at all thorough and has not sent correct prescription dosages in the near past. I am seriously reconsidering continuing our urgent care needs here

The staff and Dr. we're extremely professional, knowledgeable kind. The nurse, name Gigi, was friendly and understanding.The doctor's name was Dale. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in answering my questions and explaining the prescriptions and care. If he had his own office , I would choose him as my primary care doctor! I hope that they will receive this recognition. Thank you.

It’s unfortunate that billing the patient is not an option. You are part of Multicare. I have an account with Multicare. I should be allowed to have the co-pay added to my account rather than being forced to pay at the time of service.  If you need to be seen urgently, you are penalizing patients that can’t afford to pay the full amount at the time of service.

I called in the morning and got an appointment for 11:45 am. I arrived at 11:40 and was in the exam room with an assistant by 11:45 am. The assistant got all my information and left. Within a minute the Doctor walked in. He was very polite and understood what I was telling him. He left and within the time it took to finish the COVID test he was back with the results, I was positive for COVID, and my prescription for meds. It was a very pleasant visit . I would return and give a recommendation to others.

I was able to book an appointment the same day I needed it! Check in was quick and easy. Kianna was a kind and excellent nurse. Deion Tran was easy to talk to and he listens, very thorough in his diagnoses and communicates the result very clear!!  I would highly recommend indigo in Maple Valley
