Very grateful for the compassionate care at this clinic today.  I was five minutes late for an alternate appointment at a different urgent care and they would not see me, this was very upsetting because I am very sick.  I was able to make an appointment at the urgent care and get there on time— they were very kind, friendly at the front desk, the medical assistant was very thorough,  gathering my vitals and symptoms. The doc who saw me, who is also the medical Director there, her name is Reese, was exceptional. Thank you for taking the time to learn about my trajectory with the flu and how you could best support my health and recovery. I felt very seen and well cared for today.

The schduling was easy and the front desk lady was nice but the nurse wasnt friendly at all and the doctor was nice but not through enough just checked my lungs not ears nose or anything thought it was odd I usually go to indigo but decided to try this place I will probably stick with them

Made an appointment at 9h30am. Be there on time but still have to wait for 30 mins for walk-in patients. Prices is higher than Indigo Urgent care, 3 mins away.

Got there with kiddo at 3:30 for 3:45 appointment. Didn't see nurse until 4:15, didn't see doctor until 4:45. With an appointment, that's a really long time to wait with my young kid.
