Staff were very caring efficient and attentive. I checked in , was seen in a few minutes and out in about 30 minutes. Staff was very knowledgeable and professional!

I go out of my way to visit the Gig Harbor Indigo location. Scheduling is easy and I was able to get in the same day with minimal wait time. Staff is professional and the clinic is clean.

While booking an appointment online was a bit tricky—time slots would become unavailable shortly after I selected them—I understand this is likely due to high demand and not anyone’s fault. To explore other options, I decided to stop by the office in person. I was immediately greeted, given a walk-in time slot, and left to return later. When I came back, I noticed someone actively cleaning and wiping down surfaces, which gave me confidence in the facility’s cleanliness and safety standards. The entire staff was incredibly welcoming, and the facility itself was spotless. From the front desk to the provider, everyone showed outstanding professionalism and bedside manner. I felt genuinely cared for and valued throughout my visit. Highly recommend!

Well I needed to get my foot wound checked I thought it was maybe infected  Well the nurse text said no infection  Also I thought maybe glass was in wound  Nurse said to get awakening cream for it  None in area so had to get it Amazon  Will try it today all is good

Good care and easy to access. I had been having an ear ache. Checked on line  Went over they said they would text me when they were within 15 minutes of seeing me. So I went home and waited comfortably they texted and I drove to office.  My second time going to Indigo. I would advise anyone to use their services

What a nice option when you are feeling so good.  Schedule online and avoid long waits in waiting room with sick people.  My new go-to.

I was a 7th in line walk in but they managed to get me in. Their system is very efficient. ARNP was very kind and knowledgeable. Was very happy with the experience.

Visit was good however I am not pleased at all the my insurance (Humana) is not accepted. It is unlikely that I will ever use your services again

This clinic is hands down the best of the best! The dr is amazing! The staff is amazing! And wait time barely! And in and out within 30mins I will be back if I ever need another urgent care visit! Love this one!
