Jo and Dr. Brady were good listeners, thorough, courteous, and overall very helpful. My visit was great!  I would definitely recommend Indigo.

From the receptionist at the front desk, to the nurse, to the PA to the radiologist, everyone was kind, professional, and just couldn't have made my visit any better.

The staff was so exceptionally kind to my daughter and I. Thank you for being a bright spot to our day, Mackenzie and Ella!

The whole process was simple. Online scheduling was a breeze. The staff was friendly and did abide by their in-house check-in policy, meaning I was asked to wait or return at a time closer to my appointment. I was told this because there was two people ahead of me that had not arrived to check in yet. Seemed odd to me, but I didn't mind. Can't argue with a software program. Haha. Overall they offer a friendly and welcoming reception. The nurse took all my vitals and pertinent info with friendly confidence. I felt safe. The physician asked key questions and did a physical exam respectfully paying attention to cues. She offered me kindness, concern and understanding. She quickly formed a plan of testing to hopefully find the source of my issue. And she responded positively to my humor at the end of our exam. Would definitely reccomend.

I had no problem scheduling, and there was no wait time and I was in/out of the office in 20 mins. This included imaging (xray) and being seen by the PA. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The only downside to this clinic is that it’s in the middle of a shopping area, with no drive up drop off. This is not great if you have mobility issues.

The wait time was a little longer than I thought it will be since I had an appointment but unexpected issues and emergencies can occurred in a place like this, other than that this Urgent Care is fabulous, people are very friendly at all times and they are very sweet and attentive. The waiting area, rooms and bathrooms are very clean and organized. I totally recommend this Urgent Care facility. Thank you for everything A+++

Pretty easy. Went in there and scheduled an appointment and happened to have one opening in one hour. Got that scheduled and on time .

Easy to schedule appointment with plenty of times to choose from. Online check in made everything go by quickly. Staff was friendly and helped with everything I needed.

Went to closest clinic, they were very busy. Offered to check availability of other close clinic and scheduled an appointment for me to be seen in 3 hours. Could wait at home in comfort. Staff at both clinics exceptional!
