Dr. Brady has great bedside manner as well as the rest of the staff. Wait times were good. Very happy with my care today.

When a patient presents with typical intractable migraine HA with nausea and is NOT exhibiting any drug seeking behavior at all, in fact verbalizes she takes specific vascular HA medications, it’d be nice if they were offered an ice pack and/or other simple comfort measures whilst waiting the 30 minutes to be medicated. Had I not been in healthcare and able to advocate for myself, I may not have known what to ask for. What team member ignores the very common component of a MHA and doesn’t offer an antiemetic? A lazy or bored APRN!

I’m so impressed with Indigo Health at the Uptown location.  They are efficient and get us in and out as quickly as possible.  They are great diagnosticians. I feel very confident using them for urgent care matters.  I also appreciate the online booking function.  Great place.  Wonderful staff!

I hardly ever go to urgent care for a health problem because I usually get a PA or NP.  I was very surprised and happy to be able to talk to a Dr. Dr Brady is excellent. Wish he was my GP. I highly recommend Dr. Brady.

I have a serious neck mid & lower back injury from a fall, they helped me immensely as I am new in the area and don’t know who to contact for doctors, etc.. It being over a Labor Day weekend they have me completely set up for pain management until the holiday is over so I can get to the right doctor and correct Imaging! Thank you I appreciate you

Dr. Brady was very attentive, friendly, and performed the procedure swiftly and not painfully. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well. Good experience.

Went in for a possible infection on an incision. Dr Brady did a great job in diagnosing and telling me to give the incision a couple of days before starting antibiotics.  Good advice. Starting to get better on its own I think.

I appreciated how the provider approached my daughter’s care and took our concerns seriously. However, I was concerned with the initial care provided by the Lead MA. My daughter was being evaluated after fainting, which is very unusual for her, so accurate assessment was extremely important to us. Her initial orthostatic vitals and fingerstick did not appear to be performed correctly. During one blood pressure measurement, the machine displayed an error, yet when I asked for the reading, I was told it was the same as the second reading. I was also concerned that adequate privacy was not provided while EKG leads were placed on my daughter while she was in a gown. Her orthostatic vitals ultimately had to be repeated by a floor MA, who did an amazing job and made us feel much more comfortable with her care. My concern is specifically with the initial Lead MA, as the way these assessments were performed left me questioning whether adequate training or competency was in place for these procedures. We were very happy with both the provider and the MA who repeated her vitals. I hope our concerns regarding the initial care are reviewed, particularly given that my daughter was being evaluated for a fainting episode.

Needed a last minute sports physical for my son. Called and had an appointment for within the hour. Everyone was helpful and seemed to enjoy their jobs. Excellent care from the PA-C.

Dr. Brady was great. He is someone I would love to have as a primary care provider. Catherine, Morgan, and I believe Ella were kind, funny and professional. I was fixed and had a good time while I was getting fixed! Thanks to all of them!
