My doctor truly cared that I am in pain. I could tell she wanted to help me. She listened to me and asked further questions. I definitely recommend Night Watch!

Had sinus congestion and low grade fever for over a week. I was treated with amazing care and consideration. Will go back for the convenience and care provided.

Had a bad poison ivy rash and was able to schedule a quick tele visit. It went very well, was able to get my medicine quick. NP Amanda was great.

They sent my daughters medicine to the  wrong pharmacy twice and we were unable to get her medicine until the next day. The whole reason us doing night watch and wanting to send it to the 24 hours pharmacy.

That’s correct . I was not help on my video call. I had a 12pm appointment and the doctor never came to the call

My doctor was SO kind!! I was able to get an appointment within the hour! Thank you!

Caught pink eye and was able to book and input and get a prescription put in within 30 minutes. This was very easy and helpful. If you don’t need an in-person medical examine, this is a wonderful service. Even if you are unsure, this is quick way to figure out next steps

My first time doing a telehealth. I live nearly but with 3 kids it’s hard to leave home and since I suspected that what I had didn’t necessarily need to be seen in-person. I made the appt 20min beforehand. Had my Husband watch the kids. Doctor agreed and sent my Rx’s to the pharmacy. Ran back downstairs with the kids. Super easy, decent bedside manner as these physicians do conduct multiple session a day with patients so don’t expect chatty Cathy but they got to the point listened to me. I waited 5 min which is nothing in terms of convenience. Gave 5 stars for this visit considering everything. Now, I just wish a plane could drop my RX in my front yard like rations lol

Staff is very friendly and always listened to my concerns. The wait time is not long at all and the telehealth option is really convenient if you're unable to make it in person.
