Nice and friendly and made me feel like they were concerned

Visit went great. But I'm having trouble getting my documentation and no one has reached back out to me. I was supposed to get a doctors note and information on a cream for the issue I'm having. So I'm gonna have to give it 1 star due to that. I've emailed and now I'm leaving this because I'm not sure what else to do. I haven't received anything at all.

Awesome staff But never received my doctors note after being questioned about my rating?!?!?! Thats the first!!!! Well not helping

I had the flu, appt was great just the scheduling wasn't all that great, the number on phone had been used by previous owner so still haven't got that worked out but the Dr. was wonderful.

It’s always a great experience going to   To office or online I never use any other urgent care  rather in person or on line staff is always helpful professional and willing to go over and beyond I’m not saying this to be nice I’m saying cause this is what keeps me coming back in times of need thank you all for everything thing you do

Scheduling was good up until website had some issues saving my secondary insurance. The visit was fantastic, a caring professional Doctor Who ordered the meds that I needed and also gave me advice on how to treat my condition. I’m super pleased.

Woke up to a bad toothache that was triggered 2 days ago by eating something sweet and today had gotten worse and swelling appt was simple to make and quick to get in when I was seen she was very nice concerned and got me set up with all I needed as far as antibiotics were that will help rid myself of the infection overall visit was 10/10 would highly recommend

Scheduling was a breeze. Connecting was easy. The PA was super nice and seemed to be sincere in understanding how I felt and what I needed. The only downside was a $50 copay for a 10 min visit. I don't think virtual visits should cost the same as in office visits. Other than that it was a smooth easy process. Will use again if needed.
