The staff did not prepare my son for his COVID test and just shoved it up his nose without warning. This was on a Friday. My appointment was at 1:00, but we were in line until after 1:30. The samples were being picked up before my son’s test was taken. I was told his sample would be sent out on Monday. I still have not received his test results, seven days later.

It’s been 4 days and I haven’t got my results

The gentleman was nice and helpful but the female was very rude!!

I never got my test results and all phone numbers don’t lead you to an actual representative. The automated system is on a loop and hangs up on you after a few minutes.

The lady there today testing was fabulous. She was kind and everything was easy for my family.

Went above and beyond to help up schedule a number of tests and get results back quickly. Thanks a ton.
