Needed refill for aged parent. Staff was very helpful over phone for virtual scheduling and clarity of procedure. Got telemed appointment with PA  in an hour. PA listened and put in refill. All good. Strangely her video was kept off. Just as the patient needs to be visible in telemedicine so should be the medical personnel while interacting with the patient.  It is a part of the quality of the interaction.

Dr. Aita was so wonderful! He was super accommodating and made me feel comfortable on the visit.

waited in the TeleVideo room for over an hour and a half close to two hours just to get a phone call and did my TeleMed over the phone instead of the app . Now I’ve been waiting over an hour for my prescription. to be filled

Dr. Gilliard is wonderful, kind and supportive. I am so appreciative of the care he provides my son. I recommend him highly.

Extremely disappointing and frustrating experience. I had been trying to see a doctor since 11:30 AM and followed every instruction I was given. The application specifically told me to stay in the virtual waiting room and not leave, so that is exactly what I did. After waiting, I was suddenly sent a different link through another application, and then I was told that someone had been trying to call me. That made absolutely no sense when I had been instructed to remain in the original waiting room. By 12:15 PM, I had already wasted 45 minutes with no clear answer about whether I was actually going to be seen. In the end, I was never able to see the doctor at all. For a medical service, this level of poor communication and lack of coordination is unacceptable. Patients should not have to keep switching between links and applications while wondering whether their appointment is even happening. I just hope I am not charged for this visit, since I was never actually able to see or speak with the doctor despite following all the instructions provided. This experience made me seriously consider looking for a different provider. The process needs to be much more organized, clear, and respectful of patients’ time.

Best urgent care Dr. Iv seen in awhile. Very knowledgeable and knew what he was talking about.

I had an appointment for 10:30 I wasn’t seen until 11:00. I usually get seen right on time I found this frustrating and annoying. The provider was fine I’m sure she had nothing to do with it.

I have sinus pain and all they said was to talk Advil. Not happy

Woke up feeling like death this morning and in minutes my husband booked this appointment for me. I was seen quickly with all my needs addressed along with education. My provider was kind and professional. 10/10 would use again.

Woke up feeling super sick. Everyone at the AM/PM in Teaneck were so nice and helpful! Aries and Michelle helped me with the registration process and Emily the PA was so attentive and helpful! 10/10 service
