never got my doctors note in email?

The Provider was kind, listened to everything I had to say and genuinely wanted to help as much as possible. I appreciate the level of care received.

Staff are always friendly and courteous!! My children and I always seek services here and we have never had a bad experience. The check-in process is simple and smooth and the wait time is minimal.

Ms. Pittman was very passionate caring and listening to all of my systoms, didn't not interrupt and et me talk. Not to many practioners or doctors have the patience or compassion for their patients due to covid stress. Also Ms. Kelly front desk receptionist was able to get my doctor's note corrected for me due to supervisor wanted specifics on my excise and Ms. Kelly called me back with the corrections made cudos to Ms Piittman and Ms Kelly's compasst and putting patients first

Quick and helpful. Was very impressed!

My appointment was scheduled for 8:40 AM. I waited online for 10 minutes and called the clinic to ensure they were aware of my appointment. I was passed around three or four times. The call disconnected several times after speaking with staff. The only helpful staff member that was able to resolve this issue with Justin. He did a very good job and I was able to see the provider after he made a phone call. The rest of the staff was not helpful and this is not a great experience.

Booked video call. Wait time was 30 minutes, but very satisfied with doctor’s diagnosis and bedside manner

I love getting what I need with video appointments. So much cheeper as well . When I don't have insurance it helps a lot.
