I booked a COVID test via https://www.capitalpathology.com, paid $50. When I arrived the site per instructions from confirmation email, no one was there. I called the number they provided, no one answer. After waiting for 30 minutes, I left. Two hours later, someone text me and told me if I need COIVD test. When I told him that I don't need test anymore, but request refund, he told me I can call another number to request, they they will only refund $30 because the web site charge $20. Not sure how someone can trust a company for their test.
