Carbon Health Urgent Care, Reno, Smithridge Plaza

I had been having pain and went found out why. Got antibiotics and feeling much better. And fast.

I scheduled on line at 3:40 am for a 8:00 am same day appt  My husband has Dementia and Sandy the receptionist was kind & professional. We were seen by Karen the on duty physician, she was very attentive and patient  with my husband she had us in and out within 20 minutes. I would highly recommend & return if ever needed.

Always quality care. Staff from front office to back office and doctor are compassionate and caring.

Booking an appointment on solv app was easy. There was barely a wait time, just showed id and insurance waited 4 mins. Was seen by Dr. shortly after primarily info taken. Down to earth conversation and joint decisions on my healthcare. I felt listened and understood.

Reno carbon has become my new favorite place. I usually go to the sparks location. But I do not mind the drive to just be seen at the Reno location. Will continue to come here. Very beautiful and relaxing waiting area.

I always have an amazing experience here. Everyone I’ve ever had to deal with counting staff are nothing but so friendly and kind. This is actually the best and comfortable place to be even when you don’t feel so great!!

Had an urgent need when traveling and chose Carbon Health. I was able to make an appointment in the middle of the night for the very first appointment time. I arrived early as requested; however, the staff would not open the door until a doctor arrived, thus the door did not open until after 8:00, so there was no need to arrive early. It was cold outside and they would not even let us sit in the lobby and wait. Once inside the lobby, the rest of the service went well. I did notice that a lot of people use this facility, as when I come out of my appointment, there was a line of people checking in.

This was my first visit and the first thing I noticed when I opened the door was the CLAEAN and beautifully decorative waiting room, the staff were all very polite and professional. My MA was super patient and listened, he took his time with me, all the vitals always make me nervous, his presence was calming so thank you for that. The provider was PA - Jamie and she asked so many questions, she wanted to know every detail and so thankful she did!! Her bedside manner felt like taking to friend youve know for years. She explained everything step by step. The IN & OUT of the building total timing was under an 45 min. My RX is already ready! Five stars!!
