Difficulty paying and getting connected to the video. It was 1:25 and still not seen. Had to end the call and was not seen due to time. Everyone spoken to was nice during the calls.

Loved doing the virtual visit from my home. Easy to talk to doctor. She took care of me.

I began my virtual call at 6:40am and did not connect with anyone until almost 8:15 and then still waited to see the provider. If the provider is unable to take virtual appointments prior to 8am that’s perfectly understandable, but don’t offer the time slot to schedule them online. The nurse I visited with immediately prior to the provider was not the friendliest. The provider was wonderful, very kind, efficient, and helpful.

Easy to schedule after looking online and finding they had a telehealth appointment available in 15 minutes on a Sunday night. It was a bit confusing with all the texts and things to fill out while also having a window open to the ‘waiting room’ waiting for the provider. But they called and said they would send a text to click and join the appointment that way. Dr was very helpful and clear in directives. Visiting from out of town, I was thankful to get taken care of in a timely manner.

Wonderful people and so helpful. The whole process was so easy. I will be using them again when the need arises. Hoping to be free from muscle pain.

After traveling over the past week I was feeling terrible and did. It want to drive to the clinic. They did a video visit and took great care of me.

I find that this app pass difficult to use. Before booking the appointment, I read that it would work with Firefox, but it didn't. So I had to install Chrome. And the clinic was reading that I wasn't online even though I was. And solv sent a link to follow which wasn't acceptable to the clinic. If it weren't for the great local medical personnel, I would use another online medical clinic.
