This place is a SCAM! They sell tests in a mall performed in the back of a van. They claim to do deliver in 15-30 min but actually took hours. Now the worst part: the QR code is FAKE! Probably the test as well. Health authorities should shut this place down!

I bought a RAPID SAME DAY PCR COVID test for my girlfriend on the afternoon of December 24th, 2021, multiple times asked to make sure that results would be delivered the same day in order to attend our family x-mas dinner, multiple times was assured that they would be. That night the results were not received. Called on January 3rd, 2022, and the lady who picked up the phone was dismissive, she even said something along the lines of "you purchased on December 24th and you are calling now?". Yes, this was the first opportunity I had to call after the holidays, work, and personal commitments. I was placed on hold for the majority of the call and 14 minutes into the call it was picked up and hanged up. I called again and was told that they were busy, she was going to investigate further and call back. I mentioned that the issue is simple, no results were received, I want my refund. A call back was not received... I decided to file a Better Business Bureau (BBB) complaint on January 5th, 2022, the vendor (CFS) had a certain amount of days to respond. I finally receive a response on January 25th, 2022 from the owner, through BBB stating he was unaware of the situation (shows disconnect from staff and/or lack of commitment or importance towards the issue), also in his response he mentioned I had to return to let him know and resolve the issue. This would be inconvenient, time-consuming, and if I were a traveler or tourist (they cater to people who need PCR tests and accompanying letters for travelers) there is a possibility that would have been impossible. I responded the same day stating again the facts, providing a screenshot of the calls, and the receipt (which they have). February 2, 2022, no answer received through BBB. Thus, same day (February 2, 2022) after not receiving what I paid for and as promised, and for and not receiving a refund, or interest from the business to help, I resorted to my credit card company to dispute the charge for the product and service not received. I can't recommend this business based on my experience. One shouldn't be on top of a company contracted for a good or service, and the lack of urgency and support were the reasons why I wanted to share my experience.
