Need a call back from some one in city life for the final result and doctors note

Red irritated eyes, itching etc,appointment was fast and easy to make , staff was friendly and polite

The lady I spoke with was phenomenal and went through great lengths to help me and made sure that I got taken care of. I appreciate it thank you very much. She was the best with handling me and made sure I received the top care possible!!!

My child woke up sick and not being from PA and not too familiar with locations and quality of care I searched Google and found City Health and I have to say what a great professional experience from beginning to end. Ms. Linda went above and beyond to assist me and I am grateful. Definitely becoming my children’s pcp for sure. Would highly recommend City Health!

Was so easy to book an appointment and it started on time which for me is a positive since my symptoms were more than mild and I even gained knowledge of the viruses out there that I wasn’t aware of. Would highly recommend to anyone. Thanks for all you do

Woke up this morning not feeling good. I was able to schedule a same day virtual visit. The staff member who took my information was super helpful and nice. The provider was on time to our video appointment which is rare, other places make you just wait. She was very attentive and addressed all my issues. I would totally recommend City Life to anyone looking for an urgent care or a primary doctor.

My appointment was easy to schedule and had a short wait time. The person, Linda, who checked me in was polite and effective in her job. Unfortunately, the physician (Dr. Atul? I am not sure how his name is spelled, because I didn't see it written) I saw was unprofessional. He was dismissive, condescending, and I had to repeat myself and answer questions that did not serve toward getting the care I needed. It was a telehealth visit and he had his child in the room with him. I was finally able to get a referral, but I believe this is only because I have lots of experience advocating for myself and pushed for it repeatedly. I would not reccomend this provider.

Still waiting on school notes not received yet Wait time was a bit longer but not bad .
