I registered for the test, paid my fee, and went to take the test. Showed up on time, and was asked for my "registration number," which the company never provided to me! They asked me repeatedly for the number, which I explained politely to them I did not have. Hours after taking the test, the nurse called, refused to provide my results, and promised that my results would be available the next day. Guess what? It's the next day, and there are NO RESUTS! I am traveling internationally and cannot board my flight without test results. I will now have to take the test AGAIN from another provider. DO NOT USE THIS PROVIDER! THEY"RE BOGUS!

Results not delivered in time for travel - over 72 hours and still no results. DO NOT USE FOR TRAVEL!!!! Staff exceptionally friendly and professional however results rendered useless because not delivered in time - Overseeing doc in California, poor customer service once test complete
