Quick and easy

I was nervous, having never tested positive and out of town. The lady there was so kind and expert. I really appreciated her. The test result came quickly (positive), which changes my next several days. I’m grateful to know.

You use false advertising. I wanted a quick test and your website said you offered the quick test and accepted my insurance. The truth was the slow test takes my insurance and for $299 I get the quick test. Very misleading

I have to apologize, I’m not sure of the name of the gentleman who helped me. I showed up a sneezy sniffling mess without everything completed and he was very kind in helping me finish it. It’s always nice when you’re feeling sick to have people be kind!

There’s a problem in your app that will not allow anybody with an iPhone to input a third-party email. It cost quite a delay. So the staff were very helpful. Considering the app issues, they were as helpful as they could possibly be.
