Got a free PCR COVID test with NO wait time (this was at 3 pm on a Thursday). I just had to fill out a survey online and upload pictures of my ID and insurance card. Received the results via email the next day. Very fast and professional.

They don’t use this website anymore to book appointments - it’s walk ins only now. There will be a QR code you scan to fill out a form. Then they’ll take more info to take your test. There was a long line at first but they split it off into two so we were in and out within maybe 20 minutes. The facility could do better with communicating what’s happening (eg more signs about the process) but the employees seemed to take a lot of ownership and we’re efficient.
