STAY AWAY FROM THIS PHARMACY IF YOU NEED YOUR MEDICATIONS IN A TIMELY MANNER. My experience with this pharmacy was SO horrible. So unprofessional. The representative on the phone will tell you one thing and do another. I had no medication for 3 days because I counted on them to deliver it when they said they would. They don’t follow up with each other, they don’t follow up with their courier, and when you call to get an update on the medication that you’ve already paid hundreds of dollars for, they give you attitude. I’ve never seen such an unorganized business in my entire life! My medication was supposed to be delivered on Friday morning. I got a text that morning that my delivery is set for Monday. Called the pharmacy for them to tell me it is being brought back and I should come pick it up on Saturday. I call them all Saturday morning and afternoon and my calls go straight to voicemail because they are CLOSED. Nobody returns my messages. To make matters worse, I then call the carrier who tells me THEY STILL HAVE MY MEDICATION, and that emerald hills pharmacy NEVER called to tell them to return my meds to the pharmacy. Come Monday morning my meds are delivered to the pharmacy (AT 6:55AM) instead of to me. 🤦🏻‍♀️ And now I have to go pick it up. you can’t make Sh*t this up. Ridiculous. Considering these people are managing your MEDICATIONS, stay far far far far away from emerald hills pharmacy.
