I love to get the treatment i need it virtually! What i didnt like was that they had problem in the portal taking payments and the lady Janaire asked me to verify if i had money in my account, i said i did have money in my account and that was not nice for her to be saying that to patients, if the mistake was on their end. I even send screenshots of the error message on the portal. I had a lot of problems with this. I was sent another link to try. And it finally worked.

Mae was great. Being able to have my visit quickly and over video was extremely convenient with my newborn. However, I was under the assumption my insurance would pay for my visit, but it didn't and looks like I'm getting charged $99. There was nothing mentioned until after the video visit, I received a text message saying my visit and prescription fee would be $99. I'll pay it, I just won't use this service again in the future.

Provider wasn’t able to join the video call and unable to properly assess my child. Sound was static and interrupted visit. The provider however did make several attempts to correct the issue and viewed videos sent through text message. Provider did apologize and referred me to visit urgent care or ER

I have had genuine anxiety over a specific situation. The lady who I was on the phone with basically made my situation sound “unimportant” and “dumb.” She made me feel as if I was making this situation up and she did nothing for me during this call. I did not appreciate the way she spoke to me about my situation . I was seeking support from a medical provider and was left with no support.

Waited for almost an hour before a provider picked up and even with insurance, the out of pocket cost is a lot. It would be much easier and cheaper to see an urgent care provider in person.
