This is my go to spot for testing! The staff is great - friendly, quick and efficient. Grateful to have them in the neighborhood. I had PCR results back within a couple hours!

These nurses were amazing this morning. Kind, efficient, informative. I can’t even imagine the stress they’ve been under. I made an 8am appointment (they open at 8am). Got there at 7:40 and there was barely a line. The line got longer closer to 8am. I was in and out by 8:30. I also chose to do the 24-36 hour PCR which is free with insurance.

The ladies who work there were very nice, but some woman name Joanna was rude. Trying to hurry us up. I am guess she is the doctor in charge. I work in the medical field for over 12 years and I have never experienced someone unprofessional. She said I don’t see them sitting in front of me. I’m busy we’re her exact words. Your dealing with children in your facility have patience. But the two women at the office were absolutely polite and welcoming. Maybe that doctor should learn from her own staff.

Waited outside in freezing temps for an hour. My appointment was at 8: 20. They opened at 8. It wz well after 9 b4 they called in the nxt 5 people of which I wz a part. Only 5 at a time could enter. The line wz really not that long but an abysmal pace ensued. My group wz handled pretty efficiently so I have to assume something occurred early on that ruined their promptness & efficacy. Also they demanded cash for the PCR test. Claimed insurance only covered the one that took 3-5 days. How fishy of them.

I waited for 3 hours to get a covid test, despite having an appointment time (they overbooked appointments beyond what the staff could handle), and then never even got results -- after waiting a day and a half for test results it said "specimen not in vial".

I had an appointment for 2pm on Saturday and when I got there, they still hadn’t seen people with their 12:30 appointments. The line was over an hour long, likely 2 hours, and one of the staff told us they may run out of tests. I understand that all New York clinics and testing sites were overrun this weekend, with similar wait times, and so I feel empathetic with how stressful is must have been for the staff. But, the reason I feel inclined to leave this review, is that, unlike most of the other overrun sites, I had an appointment at this clinic, as did everyone in line before me in line that day. If you choose to offer appointment scheduling, do not offer more appointment slots than available tests, and ideally, do not offer more slots than the clinic is staffed (wait times for appointments should really not be so long) I left the clinic once I realized how long the line was because I had another commitment to get to. I did not receive a test.

This was an insane experience, I’ve been talking about it all day. We had to speak to someone on a phone, in front of everyone else in the room, and take off our masks in front of everyone else. The woman swabbing me, who was lovely, wound up swabbing me twice because she had ordered the wrong test not once but three times. She kept mixing up the names and “desired tests” of me and the girl beside me. When we left, we said to each other ‘totally get that this is a stressful time for them and they don’t have capacity to do all this testing, but I have ZERO confidence that I’m going to get the correct test results(antigen Vs PCR)—or that they’re even going to be mine!!”

We scheduled an appointment to avoid waiting in an hour long line that the other testing facilities that don’t take appointments have. One and half HOURS after our appointment, we were finally let in, only to find out the test we registered for online wasn’t even available. And the wait was outside were it was below freezing. For an hour and a half. Why bother with appointments?

Why bother with appointments when you don’t honor them. My appointment was for 9:20 AM. I got there at around 9:10 AM. I waited in the cold for nearly 2 hours. I heard that you booked 20 appointments for 8 AM. So it was designed in that people would be waiting in the cold. Why bother with appointments? I prefer appointments but when people over book, appointments become useless or worse.
