The provider I just met with was excellent!! She listened to everything I had to say and was very understanding to my needs. I am very glad I decided to do the virtual visit.

I am very grateful that I was able to make a telehealth appointment at 1am on a holiday. The NP I spoke to was very efficient in taking information and giving a quick assessment of my issue.

The doctor was 30 minutes late to the video visit. The doctor was then not able to join the Zoom call. I logged in to the Zoom link in the confirmation email three times and every time saw the message “waiting for host to join.” I then cancelled the appointment and requested a refund of my co-pay. The staff was friendly and attempted to be helpful and I have no complaints there. It would be nice if they were provided with some simple troubleshooting advice other than “try again.” I am not happy that my time is not considered valuable and that the doctor was 30 minutes late. My clients would fire me if I did that to them and they would be right to do it. I also do not like that you offer a video service that does not work correctly. This was my first attempt at a video visit with a doctor and I won’t bother with it again.

This was a Video visit. The Dr. Wa very respectful and listened to my concerns. I would definitely do this again if needed.
