Absolutely terrible & let me tell you why. I was part of a mass testing opportunity the first week of January. I received my POSITIVE results 6 days later with the sample testing date 3 days after I provided my sample. How good is a sample that old anyway? I took another PCR via my family Dr & that came back negative, which leads me to believe that my sample w/this lab was probably mixed up w/someone else. If the testing date is incorrect, what else is? It's been exactly 9 days since I tested my children and have not received their results. I was non-symptomatic at time of testing & if my positive result was in fact legitimate, how dangerous would that have been for others around me? This lab has no business taking samples from people who are trusting them w/their health and public safety. This lab also collected samples in ZIPLOC BAGGIES w/no proper identification, QR code or official labeling in a hazmat bag. They were simply tossed in a plastic bin w/dozens others. I will find the proper authorities to file an official complaint as I do not feel this "lab" is operating for the best of reasons. It appears that they take jobs too large, accept the money and then completely and miserably fail at delivering what they promise. It's unethical and immoral in a time of a pandemic to be operating in such ways.
