There was some trouble with my appointment going through correctly. All the staff was super kind and understanding and helped me with a minimal wait after everything got sorted.

I had to reschedule my appointment twice because I was 2 minutes late for my first virtual call, then waited for 10 minutes for my second virtual appointment, rescheduled again, and then after waiting another ten minutes on my third virtual appointment I got a text that it would be almost another 20 minutes of waiting, then when I finally got through to a provider they were fine and I got the prescription I needed. The care itself wasn’t bad but actually getting into an appointment was kind of ridiculous. Why have a patient pick out a time if the providers are unable to respect or honor the scheduled times?

Waiting time was longer than typical . That is one downside

While the wait was pretty long (30m) for a scheduled appointment, I’d take that over waiting in the waiting room several hours at urgent care. The staff was very kind, respectful and tackled the issue quickly. I would highly recommend this clinic.

Lady that checked me in wasn’t paying attention and kept asking me the same questions over and over as if she wasn’t listening to the answers which was extremely frustrating then made me pay and my visit was literally the Dr telling me to go to the emergency room . Waste of time and money! Paid just for them to tell me they can’t do anything smh

I wasn’t sure how long the wait time was after joining the video call so I may have logged out and in a few times

Staff was amazing the check in lady was super sweet and answered insurance questions immediately the provider was so knowledgeable told me where to touch to figure out my symptoms due to having a virtual visit she quickly knew exactly what was wrong and sent me to the ER where I quickly got help for my gallstones I was very pleased with the check in the staff the scheduling and the visit as a whole was quick painless and easy super grateful for this service thank you indigo urgent care!

I waited 30 +/- minutes for the technician to check me in and ready to see the physician. I’d ask the medical staff to be as punctual as what’s expected of their patients.

Immaculate timing and recommendations. I was concerned about eczema care over virtual but the attendant was very personable and helpful.

Staff was so very kind and empathetic. I was able to speak with the provider and relate my concerns. Provider suggested treatment options and a plan was agreed upon quickly. I am so relieved at the ease and efficiency of this appointment. Thank you for helping me!
