Absolute worst Doctor visit I have ever experienced. I am very disappointed in the lack of care, lack of listening, and lack of patient respect. If you are looking to waste your time and hard earned money look no further. Doctor offered nothing for me as I have a severe bronchial cough and need for help. Instead, I had to get off the ship and hike across town making my symptoms much worse. The whole point of teledoc visit is to get help without having to venture out. Offered nothing but “go somewhere else”.

There was a problem with the video portal- I waited over an hour in the virtual waiting room. The care and service was amazing as usual but there is a problem with the telehealth online waiting room that needs to be fixed- this isn’t the first time there have been tech issues with the online waiting room- I think Solv isn’t a good system. Kelly was efficient and provided greet care and service.  I think the providers should initiate the calls for telehealth so that patients aren’t waiting for so long and relaying on a system that has major technology flaws.

It was so nice to get an appointment on the day I called! Dr was very helpful and hopefully now I will be feeling better soon. Appointment was later in the day, and I had to wait some for my visit, but I was prepared with work to do while waiting, so in the end, even the waiting was helpful in my world. My telemed video portion of my appt had problems but we were able to have a solid and comprehensive meeting yesterday via audio over the phone. The ANP I spoke with was patient helping to interpret the radiology report and focus on the most important suggestions made in the referral. There were guidelines based on measurements and findings from the CT Scan of both the abdomen and chest area. My husband was not having any severe pain but a slightly nagging discomfort after hernia surgeries from his distant past. The discussion seemed supportive of our wishes and future consultation with the local SEARHC CLINIC's visiting physician who we plan to see later in the week, Dr Jackson.
