I scheduled a telehealth appt and logged in 15 minutes early. At some point it said I was disconnected but when I went back to the view everything looked fine. I was waiting for 35 minutes and then called on my husband’s phone to ask what happened. Turns out it was showing that I was offline even though I was seeing that I was still in the call and the wait time kept increasing. It took 60 minutes total to get on the call which really messed up my day. I have a toddler so I could have gotten a lot more done in that time than just waiting around. I exited the call and rejoined and the provider joined a few minutes later. After the provider joined he didn’t have his camera on so that was strange.
