I’m tired of booking appointments paying my $15 co-pay asking for an anabiotic and not being prescribed an antibiotic. This is actually the third time this has happened. It’s really annoying if I’m asking you for an anabiotic because I think I could use one it should be prescribed. It’s not gonna hurt you at all, but you guys have told me no every single time. I’m not going back to virtual care to Marquis care

Came in with a UTI and had an excellent experience. The staff was kind, professional, and efficient. I was seen, treated, and had my medication in under an hour. This is my second visit and both times have been seamless. I won’t be going back to my old urgent care—this place is far more convenient and reliable. Highly recommend!

While my overall experience was excellent, my biggest complaint is that this location does not use lidocaine with their IM Rocephin injections. The injection is extremely painful to the point where I feel like passing out.
